My side yard is 90' deep and 120" long, running along a gravel road that deadends at the riverside drain next to the Bosque. Great size to pick up the ball chucker and give your canine a run for their money, if they are a ball chaser!! If not there is the smells of literally dozens of dogs over the years, as well as a light smattering of chicken poop smell, and residual odor from daytime sqirrels and nocturnal skunks. Only enough odor for dogs, not humans! There are 2 very mature hens penned up in the chicken yard during your vsit. For humans there are lawn chairs.

Half of the yard is sand and the other half is small gravel bits. If you're dogs dig, it's no big deal. Let dogs plays, big or small, while humans can relax on the bench in front of the front door. I can also supply a foldable chair. There is a bowl with fresh drinking water. Hand sanitizer will be provided. There are several dog toys in the yard with a big tough red ball for any hard-core chewers. Pooper scooper is hanging in the yard with trash bin located on the north side of the driveway.
