Sam's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Ashville

Fully Fenced
0.25 acres

Hi yall, my name is Sam. I have a fully fenced 420 sq ft area for you and your pup to roam. Located to the left of the house you will see a 13' gate for you to enter. At this time, I cannot provide shelter out of the weather or sun (other than the natural shade from trees and the house), dog toys, or water/food bowls. That is all to come; however, I do have a water spigot in the front between the front porch and garage. You are welcome to use, keep in mind to please turn it off when done and please do not let your pup potty on my rose bush. I have cameras for safety purposes; yours, your pup, me, and my pups. My dogs will be inside the house; you WILL hear them barking but that is only because they want to play too. My house is right across the road from the lake, I don't have access to it from my house, but less than 2 miles up the road is a boat launch. Also, small dog friendly, fence has wired fence between the wooded posts. Your babies cannot get out. No leash required inside the fenced area. Leashes suggested from vehicle to fenced area. I have a few rules: - Don't forget to turn the spigot off - Don't let your pup potty on my rose bush (located by spigot) - Don't let your pup potty on the sod walking to the designated area (I understand accidents happen, be respectful and clean it up should an accident happen) - At this time, do not access the covered porch on the back, my dogs will jump on the door inside and could possibly break the glass. There is a gate between the accesses, there is no need to open that one. - Please pick up your pup's mess, including toys, water and food bowls, and poop. I do not have bags available at this time. - If your pup is food aggressive, refrain from feeding them if other pups are there too. - Make sure the 13' gate is and stays closed at all times Coming soon: - Food and water bowls - Bags for poop - Garbage can for BAGGED poop - Seating area for you - Water activity (Late Spring - Mid Fall only) - Access to the covered porch for you, no pups - Shaded area for all - Pup snacks I am honestly new to this and just purchased the house.

Frequently asked questions about Piedmont dog fields

What amenities do Piedmont dog fields typically include?

Piedmont dog fields feature amenities designed for full-speed running and fetch: big field and open space, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Piedmont hosts customize their spaces. Browse 40 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

Can I find dog fields in Piedmont with water access?

Many Piedmont dog fields include water features! Filter by amenities to find swimming pools, natural ponds, or water play areas. Water is perfect for hot Piedmont days, water-loving breeds, or low-impact exercise for seniors and disabled dogs. Each listing specifies water type, depth, and safety features. Some Piedmont hosts provide life vests or shallow options for nervous swimmers.

How clean are private dog fields in Piedmont compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Piedmont see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog fields have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Piedmont hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Piedmont dog fields on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Piedmont dog fields offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Piedmont private dog fields let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog fields in Piedmont?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Piedmont that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Piedmont dog fields have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Piedmont dog fields allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Piedmont dog fields welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Piedmont where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Piedmont dog fields for special events?

Many Piedmont dog fields welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Piedmont hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Piedmont dog field listings for event policies.

How do Piedmont dog fields accommodate dogs with special needs?

Piedmont dog fields are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Piedmont special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
