We have a 13+ acre property that is partially wooded and often visited by deer and turkey. Our neighbors have cattle, chickens and goats as well as dogs that can sometimes be seen and heard from the property. Parking is on the property pretty much anywhere. We don’t have a driveway yet. Please don’t park in the gravel driveway next to the property as it belongs to the neighbors. You can access the back half near the electrical lines. If it’s rainy or has been, you may need 4 wheel drive. There’s also a seasonal, shallow creek that runs across the property lined with trees and brush. Drive up our hill driveway and enter a secluded area for your dog to run, play, and explore. There is an open field/grass area in our front yard, a smaller area in our backyard, and then 5 full wooded acres with a smaller trail for you and your pup to explore. Other dogs are not visible, every once in awhile if the wind carries just right, you may hear a dog a mile or so away. Deer and rabbit are sometimes spotted. Other homes are only visible partially when there are no leaves on the trees, but our closest neighbors are not within yelling distance, making for a beautiful secluded experience. Our fire pit is a great place to hang out, with Adirondack chairs to lounge on. A water spigot in the back is available to refresh your dog’s water bowel.
