Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (dogs allowed, duh!) fenced in. Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 2 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 218 acres for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping over night if you love it to much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do.

140 acres of unfenced land surrounding lakes and streams. Wooded and open fields far from roads. Emergency EV charging available. Not a ton of other amenities, but the view is fabulous, approximately 2 miles from I-75. Come play!!

Great place to run and let energy out! Please use manual gate facing the front of the house on the left. The gate on the right is automatic and can’t be pushed open. Chairs, water and poop bags under the deck after coming in gate. Please secure gate after pulling in. Trash can by parking area after you pull through gate. We have multiple different types of terrain for you and your dog to enjoy. Grassy, muddy, hilly, plus a ravine with a seasonal stream. There's plenty of room for all those games of fetch or chase. ***Note*** Our fencing is set up for livestock so smaller dogs would be able to scoot underneath. Please make sure you have your dog under voice control at all times.

This is the land our home is going to be built on. While we are in the waiting process, we would love to have your furbabies run and play! It is all natural, plenty of sticks to throw and even a fun creek to play in!

Perfect spot for your favorite furry friend to put that nose to use! From the deer walking around at night, to the squirrels and birds during the day. This spot offers a wide variety of smells and plenty of trees to smell and pee on! This spot is big enough to go off leash even if the gate isn’t up yet, unless your dog is known for darting of course! Every dog that has visited thus far hasn’t had any issues running around off leash! The front yard has enough trees for shade but spaced out enough to throw a ball or frisbee! The backyard has an open space that’s righty next to a heavily wooded spot with trails! There’s a shop in the back, but it will remained closed while we have guests! There is a water hose for filling bowls, and soon we will have little “water stations” added.

We have a great outdoor activities in Ocoee river area. We do have good walking trails for dogs. We will have a tentative Staff are to monitor activities of dogs and safe & friendly environment!!

We have 6.5 acres of beautiful, scenic views available to you and your fur babes! We have plenty of space for them to run and play, and we also have two ponds on the property they are welcome to swim in. You are welcome here anytime day or night! We look forward to meeting you and your furry kids!

We have 15 acres of non fenced trails near Tennessee river in Sale Creek. If you do not have 100% recall on your dogs a leash is required. We do have one fenced yard available where a leash is not required. Water and a small dog pool are also available.
