55This place is amazing and SO perfect. There is a beautiful mix of both sunny and shaded areas. My 2 dogs are 9 & 12 lbs and were able to be completely off leash even around the horse paddocks.
We just moved to Vero (2 weeks ago), and I've been super stressed about not having a nice place to walk our dogs off leash.
It was clean, quiet, and filled with lots of ear bounces!

This place is amazing and SO perfect. There is a beautiful mix of both sunny and shaded areas. My 2 dogs are 9 & 12 lbs and were able to be completely off leash even around the horse paddocks.
We just moved to Vero (2 weeks ago), and I've been super stressed about not having a nice place to walk our dogs off leash.
It was clean, quiet, and filled with lots of ear bounces!

55My 3 dogs were so happy running around the property they enjoyed cypress swamp pond and just running with abandon. And chasing lizards around the trees and didn’t even react while we passed the horses. I will be back for sure! My husband and I leaned against a tree and watch them live their best dog lives. 55Our pup Velveeta had the best time at Canter Woods Farm! She is super high energy but not great with other dogs, which is why I looked into Sniffspot originally. This was our first Sniffspot reservation and it could not have been better. We live a little over an hour away from Canter Woods Farm, but the drive was definitely worth it, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.
My husband and I brought our bikes to ride around the property - I recommend hybrid/mountain bikes and sneakers for anyone who plans to do that! We also brought a leash, water, treats, dog shampoo, and towels. Velveeta met the horses, who are super sweet. She loved being able to run as fast and as much as she wanted to. She also swam outside for the first time! My husband and I were shocked and delighted that she ended up paddling around Honey Dip Pond so much.
After almost two hours of running, biking, swimming, and enjoying the patio, we used the wash station to clean off Velveeta. She is one tired pup tonight!
I also want to commend the hosts for all of their helpful information, the maps of the property, the extra waste bags, the trash bins at key locations, and for sharing their incredible property - it was really a gift to get to enjoy it. Katie R.

55This spot was excellent. If your K9s like to swim this would be a good spot to check out. The ponds were in very good shape and the larger two were plenty big enough for long throws and swimming retrieves of good distance. Our Lab had a blast swimming! Our GSP mix enjoyed having a large space to run in and the scents of many critters to track and thus add to the enjoyment. The space was safe and private.
