The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Thank you for taking the time to look at our home for a quick getaway for your pup. We are not far off of I 75 if you need to make a stop to let your dog run around free. We do have other animals on property most will be put away however there is one animal that owns the backyard. There’s an electric fence separating front and back, however, a dog can easily go through that area. I respect the owners decision. Message me for more detail. Turkeys, deers, and cranes are always roaming the area and sometimes our yard. The property is next to 30 open acres property with a lake view. We are a family with children and animals. Our home is always quiet as well as surrounding neighbors.

5 acres of partially cleared and wooded land with a shallow and deep pond fully stocked with brim, cane pole and kid fishing is allowed, there are turkeys, guineas and chickens on site that can be caged. All drinks are acceptable and smoking friendly. There is a bathroom with outside access along with water hoses and outlets/extension cords. If you have your own training device you’d like to bring and set up we can work out half day or full day rates. This property is great for SAR training

Unfortunately our home was flooded from Hurricane Helena so until further noticed we will be closed. We hope to be back soon! Come let your dogs play in this beautiful pool with an intercoastal view. A large ledge for romping around for those pups that are a little unsure! The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's also a fenced in play area and complimentary off-street parking! If there's a time that you don't see available, please contact me personally, and I may be able to accommodate you, especially if you are a returning customer. Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time.

There is beautiful flowers all over to smell and see, access to water and sprinkles, hills and room to roam and plenty of sticks to play fetch with. I’m the fall, plenty of leaves to run through. We have a half acre with plenty of seating and shade, toys, fresh water, and a trash for waste. Our salt water pool is large and heated to 85+ on days that are under 80 degrees. The pool is cleaned between visits and is tested regularly to maintain peak water quality. Humans are allowed to swim with their dogs but please abide by the pool rules. Humans are welcome to swim along their dog, however- there is not an on-site bathroom for use so please come prepared! Please note that the inflatable slide is not for guest or dog use. Our spot in conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Dade City. There are many pet friendly places in town. Please let the host know if you’d like to remain parked in the driveway while you go into town (we don’t mind!). It’s a great way to let dogs dry off :) Thank you!!

Cool off on our 1600 square foot pool patio and pool. The open air pool features a shallow step entry, perfect for easy access for dogs of all sizes - and goes to 6 feet deep. On deck, there are lounge chairs (want to lay out? Go for it!), adirondack chairs (perfect for reading a book!), and two patio tables (great to bring a snack!). One table is under cover, perfect if you need a break from the heat. The pool area is fenced in, but small dogs may be able to walk through the fencing. We provide fresh water in a stainless steel trough. Feel free to dump it and refresh it. A fully fenced dog relief area is attached to the pool.

Let your dog off-leash and allow them to run around the open pasture on our 7 acre farm. Make yourself comfortable in our zero-gravity chairs under a huge oak tree while Fido chases balls, frisbees, etc. and runs off his energy. Enjoy the scenic lake views and relaxing atmosphere away from city noise. This spot may not work for dogs that tend to take off and not heed commands as there are sections of the cattle fencing that does not include mesh and does have gaps. Also, plenty of room for trainers wanting to set up agility courses.

Quarter acre lot with a large fenced in back yard and pool. The pool is 3ft in the shallow end and 8ft in the deep end. There's a ladder in the deep end and stairs in the shallow.

My yard is it in a residential area with a homeowners association approval you will love my yard. Cannot do this without homeowners association approval! I do not have homeowners insurance, so any damage to the humans or the dogs is on you people! My driveway and the street is only place for people to park and it’s a limited time! Parking in the street is against the law here but the homeowners association allows it for a short period of time.

Fenced in .50 acre. Your pups can run free and safe. We have other pups on the backside and side of our home. They bark but are friendly. We have a pool for the pups to cool off in.

Humans can take a dip with their furry pals and cool down. Wifi is available with chairs and shade if needed. There is a trampoline if your pet has a wild side, ours do, as well as a tire and rope for chewing or swinging. If your dogs need a friend, they can make one here also. Restrooms can be accessed by host. No fertilizers, pesticides used in the yard or home. Our dog that lives on property takes flea medication monthly.
