Dogs can swim and access pool and spa from a variety of steps and ledges. Each reservation has one support human in the pool, regardless to the number of dogs. Additional humans can be added as an “extra” in the booking process. There is shaded grass and wood chip areas.

Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present. Artificial turf disclaimer: This spot also has artificial turf, which gets a lot hotter than normal grass in the summer months. We installed “pet friendly” turf, however, the risk of burning might be present depending on the temperature and how sensitive your dogs’ paws are. Please exercise caution by protecting their paws with doggie boots or socks. Doggies boots are also available to rent as an Extra from this spot. Please select this extra 4 hours ahead of visit time so host can prepare the doggie boots.

Children under 18 are always prohibited. Please see 'Extras' for more details.** This is a seasonal spot available from April - October. Spot is closed November - March. Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, and fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Dog leash, poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog). Off-street parking is available, along with a private entry so you can come and go as necessary. **NO MORE THAN 3 HUMANS MAY ATTEND RESERVATION**

We are conveniently located off of Hwy 360 and Broad street in Grand Prairie. Enjoy our fully fenced yard with an inground pool. If your dogs can't swim please don't let them in the pool without a life jacket on. If they can swim or have their life jacket on they are welcome to take a jump into the pool. Maximum of 2 humans per dog. Maximum of 3 dogs. No children under the age of 13 please because of the pool on the property. Host will generally meet guests and welcome them only if you ask to meet. Humans are allowed in the pool to play/support your dogs. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Human pool parties or gatherings are not permitted even if dogs are present. Big or small, all dogs are welcome. Your dogs will be the only dogs using the yard during your visit. The pool water features will be off when you arrive. Please let me know if you'd like them on if your dog will be swimming. Some dogs are afraid of the water noises and prefer just the pool pump on. We have complementary snowcones as well. If you would like snowcones please let me know so i can have the ice, syrups, cups and spoons/straws ready for you.

One acre backyard with a fenced saltwater pool. Pool has a ramp that's perfect for dog's that are water shy. I usually maintain water at ramp level to conserve water. This makes the pool 5 feet deep at the deepest level. There are plenty of spots to sniffs outside the pool area, this includes access to Cottonwood Creek. Please shower dogs before pool use :)

+5 Acres of woods, water, and open areas to run, with a trail that goes around a large pond.

Please note: 1) The pond is slowly refilling with the recent rains, but it's still low. 2) There are low-lyong areas of standing water and lots of mud after it rains here, and it's very difficult to scoop wet horse manure up in the pasture. 3) Starting and closing times are changing due to the shorter days. It takes a significant amount of time to clear the pasture and paddock of horse manure prior to visits, and to pen our outdoor animals up at bedtime. Those tasks can only be managed with sufficient daylight ** You and your furry family members can enjoy a peaceful, large, open paddock, and 1 acre pasture with shade trees, a pond, and fresh water for pups. There is SO much to see and smell at RichKat Ranch! Please note that the North and East pasture fences are wrought iron with spacing that could allow a puppy/small dog to pass through (toy breeds or those such as Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, etc). Hello y'all! I live on 12 acres that is surrounded by a tree line and deep creek. There is no easy way to the creek but if you have a spry and energetic dog they will love the climb to get to it. The area is not fenced however, so supervision of the dogs is a must. I have a few trails you can take your dogs on and a wooded area they can run hide and dig up. Parking is to be done at the house of lot 56. No parking to be done at the commercial residence of the company there. Behind the house I have about 2 acres of mowed grass as well. But if your doggo likes to run around until it's tired and come back to fall on you, I have the perfect place for the adventurous pups. Lastly, there ARE feral cats that stay at the barn next door. They stick pretty close to their area but be prepared to call your dog off or walk them to the field before letting them off the leash please.
