Welcome! Thank you for choosing Mama Kay's Pup Yard! We are a relaxed home with .30 acres of a fully fenced-in yard. We have a patio area for human (and pup) lounging. Large grassy area with a few mulched areas that your pups can dig at. Sunshine or shade is available throughout the yard. The fence is 4ft high, so please no high jumpers. There is a privacy screen on the fence but it is not 100% blackout. This yard is virtually surrounded by pups in neighboring houses, so it is likely your dog will see other dogs through the fence and the resident dogs at the back door. Amenities include lighting for night use, a hose, sprinkler, kiddie pool, electricity, seating areas, garbage can, pooper scooper. The property is monitored via surveillance cameras 24/7. Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away while running in his sleep on July 25, 2025. He enjoyed his field with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one as I am at an age now where I probably won't be getting another dog; so, I want others to enjoy the land. After the first freeze, I drain the interior pipes and hot water heater to the wash stall inside the barn, there is however a 12-month frost free outdoor fountain on the back side of the barn by the woods with a water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about .4 miles for a walk / run around the inside of the perimeter of the five acre field (.2 miles if you cut through the middle to avoid the little hill on the side next to the houses on the road).
