**Welcome to Our Pup Oasis!** Nestled in a spacious one-acre backyard, our special retreat is a perfect design for furry friends. The centerpiece of this canine haven is our saltwater pool. Unlike regular chlorine pools, our saltwater oasis is gentle on your dog's coat and sensitive eyes, ensuring they can splash and play without any discomfort. What makes our pool truly special for canines is the pool ramp – a perfect feature for dogs who are a bit hesitant about water. This ramp allows your dog to gradually get used to the water at their own pace. For conservation purposes, we maintain the water level at ramp height, meaning the pool reaches a depth of at least 5 feet at its deepest point. Beyond the pool, there's a world of exploration waiting for your dog. The yard offers a plethora of sniffing spots and leads to the enchanting Cottonwood Creek. It's important to note that this area is not fenced, so do keep a watchful eye on your adventurous companions. Before diving into the pool, we kindly ask that you shower your dogs. Welcome to our own tiny piece of paradise—17.5 acres of rolling hills, a 9 hole disc golf course, huge pond (you are welcome to fish), lots of trees along the back creek with a bench swing under a tall elm tree, tall grass, mowed pasture, walking trails, benches, bottled water, a convenience station, and very animal friendly. Be aware you could see deer, fox, bunnies, pigs, horses, cows, etc. During the holidays we will have cute selfie/photo spots set up if you’d like Fall/Halloween/Christmas pictures in a beautiful outdoor setting. Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, and free Wi-Fi, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. Our property has 5 acres, an open field, a shady porch, a small forest, and a pond. Our dogs love to run around our field in the back and take a swim in our pond on those hot days. There is a porch with a bench and hammock by the pond to relax.

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).
