ECsniffspot - The Property

A fully-fenced, private urban-wild space for you and your dog. A non-residential & non-adjacent site centrally located in Eau Claire WI. This property is separate from our residence, providing a truly private and secure release for high-energy, reactive, or compromised dogs. Because no other pets live on-site, it offers a quiet and clean environment with a mix of grass, dirt, mulch, and plenty of natural shade from mature oak trees. Please note: While daylight hours shorten with the season, we’ve set our spot to stay open until 8:30 PM at guest request. Please be aware that while there is some solar lighting, the space is not electrically lit, so bringing an additional personal light may be helpful when booking this time. Also, for property safety, a motion-activated security camera monitors the amenities locker area.

Hello to all you fur baby fans out there! As a dog dad, I know the amount of energy we need to get out of them for them to remain healthy and happy. My 15yo lab was let off the leash permanently in February and I'm not ready to commit full time again...yet. Having had dogs all my life and having a 9yo son that that says he'll do all the work, I'm sure it will happen soonish but for now this option works great for both of us! My Spot is a spacious fully fenced backyard with great shade at any time of the day. The entrance is on the west side of the house. There is occasionally a dog in the yard to the west but there is an 8 ft fence on that side. The chainlink section in the back will have people in their yard rarely but no pets. I will take care of any cleanup and disposal for you for an additional $2/dog. Come, play, leave. Easy peasy! Feel free to eat some raspberries while you're here, if they are in season. Welcome to our private dog beach on the Buffalo River - the ultimate summer SniffSpot! The river is slow moving, clear, shallow and all sand. It is about 1-2 feet deep near our beach, and deeper on the opposite side of the river. In heavy rain, it ebbs and flows in depths. It is a very safe place to wade, play fetch, dig in the sand, teach dogs about water or just hang out on a warm day. You will park and walk to the beach on mowed trails through our woods about 600 feet to the beach. It is completely secluded on a beautiful bend in the river where you will be surrounded by woods. Watch for eagles, hawks, Sandhills cranes, ducks and many songbirds overhead. The SniffSpot availability is limited to the beach only, and not the rest of our property.

Come enjoy the peace & quiet. You’re welcome to go anywhere on the property with your dog. Please be careful & keep your dog in view at all times so they don’t get lost. We are located on a busy road, please be careful. Park by building. Property is located north of corn field to telephone poles in natural spring then from the road west to the line of trees. If you go explore by natural spring and woods there is an opening in the fence just west of were the camper is parked by the spring. Bring water, we don’t have running water on property yet.

Kodi's 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Hudson

My backyard offers 2 acres of fully fenced forested area with over 50 trees within that area! We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Tons of smells to sniff and ample room for zoomies! There are some stickers/burrs in areas of the yard. For winter months, the slope in the yard can get icy so please wear good shoes and be mindful. My chickens have free rein to the property when there are no visitors so there will always be chicken poop on the ground in some areas more so than others. Chickens will always be secured in their predator proof coop and run. There are toys, a garbage can, a dog bowl, and extra poop bags on the patio just before the wooden stairs. Please feel free to park in the driveway on the right side of the garage!

We offer a wrap around yard with beautiful views of Magnor Lake in rural Clayton Wisconsin. Here you will find an outdoor kennel, wooded area, garden, play area for little humans, hammocks & swings, and lots of room for your pup to run and play. Look around and you'll soon see the trees come alive with many beautiful birds. A short drive down the street will give you access to a free public beach if your dog likes water.

Big yard surrounded by farm land. Got one side filled with a strip of brush and trees. Other three sides are farm land and road. Drive way splits the front and back, use to develope a distinguished boundary, parking out by the barn. Kennel and barn are respectfully off limits. I may occasionally have the pole barn open. It’s fine if your dog wanders in but be adamant they stay out to play. My dogs may be in the kennel. They will bark but will settle after awhile- you may request they remain in the house- I’m fine with that. It’s a neat spot I hope you could use as a tool for training or developing your dogs skills. Moderate traffic on the road. Train passes at a distance.
