We have more than 2 acres of fully-fenced in property that features a large lawn as well as ample "wooded" areas for your dog to run in and explore. There are also a handful of large boulders for your pup to jump on and off of.

Let your dogs run, play, and swim while you sit back and relax in the shade under our gazebo. Or you can cool off and splash around with your dogs too in our fenced-in inground pool! We are conveniently located next to a park with a basketball court, baseball fields, playground, and swings. This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

Our backyard is a dogs paradise to play in. We have so much to offer to let your pup burn off energy. Proof of vaccines are required, must be friendly dog.

1 fenced in acre with hills and level space. Let your pups come get out all their zoomies in a safe, controlled environment. Property and pets owned by pup and boy mom, teacher, and certified dog trainer who holds an Animal Science degree from Cornell University. Feel free to explore the garden space or have a picnic while your pup plays. All we ask is that you clean up before you leave.

Homeowners are experienced in and sensitive to needs of reactive and special needs dogs and hope to accommodate safe spaces for dogs to play. Please ask any questions you may have.
