Thanks! Dream Spot for Pets & their People 🐾 Come play with your dogs and family here. We offer a laid-back, luxury, resort-like setting; open field, lots of grass meadows, xl in-ground, concrete, dog-friendly pool, huge fenced pool deck with lots of natural parkour levels, fenced tennis court, indoor washroom in the poolside cabana house, large outdoor fire-pit etc etc with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Two people and one dog are included in this price point and everyone is welcome in the pool! We use skimmer basket socks and an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this one of a kind experience! Extra people and pets are welcome for extra fees. Please book accordingly. We also offer curated snacks and cold beverages at a cost. Please review extras. Our property is almost fully fenced, with partially fenced areas for both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have several lux seating areas for you and tennis, basketball and lawn games (upon request) to keep you and the kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities; natural parkour around the pool deck and lots of areas to keep them interested! There is a pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Unlimited on-site parking. NOTE: please respect your booking times: both check in and check out times. We have a full schedule and need the in between times to reset. As well, some of our clients have dogs that are both other pet and human reactive so we would never want any of our guests to meet other guests. NOTE: the pool is a beautiful concrete pool with a wide staircase comfortable for people and pets to enter. We have an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this incredible experience in this beautiful space, however, we all have to work together to ensure it remains very well maintained and as such, we ask that your pets be very well groomed before entering the pool. Welcome to Durham Regions only Sniffspot with in ground salt water pool, and fully fenced 1 acre grass yard! 6 ft high privacy fence allowing your dog to zoom around the whole 1 acre backyard! 🤩 We absolutely love dogs, having 5 rescue dogs of our own, we know how tough it can be to find a safe and secure property for them to run and enjoy themselves! So we created our own little backyard heaven for them and would love to share it with others ! Whether it be your dog needs lots of space to run, or prefers to take it slow and sniff around, maybe they are a bit shy or reactive to other dogs/people, our backyard is the perfect space for them to relax, feel safe and explore on their own terms! Lakes in Ontario are often full of high levels of 🦠 bacteria, which can be harmful to pets, don’t risk it, stay safe by bringing them to the pool ☺️ We do have 5 dogs, so you may hear some barking from inside, but there will be NO visible or personal contact from our dogs. Pool- if you would like to use the pool with your dog, we would be happy to have you come kick back and relax 😎 This is an additional fee per person per hour and must be booked in the “extra” section when booking in your dog(s) We will provide a towel and float for you! 🥰 4 people max, and for 2 hours max. (longer bookings can be accommodated please message to book) No children under 3 in the pool please. No alcohol permitted on the property. There is free street parking either on our street or the side street beside us ✨We don’t supply life jackets for dogs/humans. So if you or your pet is unsure about swimming it is recommended to bring one. ✨ We donate 10% of all profits to a dog rescue that is near and dear to our heart! So we appreciate every single one of you and by visiting us you help dogs in need! 🐶🥹❤️ IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD this is out of our hands, and is put in place by Sniffspot. They also take 22% off the top from us. We looked at a local kennel close to us with a pool, and seen they charge $20 for 20 minutes. So total it would be $60 for an hour. Plus there are lots of other dogs at the facility which doesn’t work well if you have a reactive dog. We on the other hand are 100% private just for you, and our prices are per hour not just 20 minutes. We wanted to price ourselves as fairly as we could to cover our cost, while still staying as cheap as we could for your pet! 🥰 Safety note- You are fully responsible and liable for your personal safety, your kids safety, and your dogs Safety while in the pool and/or on the property and by booking you acknowledged this and have agreed to this. Nestled in the heart of our tranquil backyard, our pool offers a serene escape for dogs and their owners alike. Designed with love, it’s the perfect size for dogs of all breeds to swim comfortably and safely. 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Equipped with easy-access steps, with a deep end of approximately 5 feet and a shallow end of around 3 feet. Please note: there are no washrooms or change area's available for human use. 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮: Enjoy poolside loungers or patio chairs shaded under an umbrella while your dog swims. 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝘄𝗻: Please bring your own doggy lifejackets, toys/balls, and towels.
