We are open 6am - 11pm and closed one day every two weeks for irrigation unless you request a puppy water day we will open for your requested time. The day after an irrigation the ground may be softer, some water may still be absorbing and your pups could have muddy 🐾 paws. Feel free to contact us for more information about irrigation and timing. We do not control irrigation days, and we do our best to block the calendar based on historical irrigation timing. If irrigation unexpectedly interrupts your booking we will fully refund you and provide a discount code for a future booking. ⏱️ Book your favorite time in advance or it may be taken by another sniffer. Advanced bookings are not impacted by price changes. We encourage you to book your favorite day and time in advance. We often have fully booked days so if you book less than a week in advance we could be booked. Please message me if you have trouble with booking and I can confirm availability or let you know if we have a cancellation. **FYI- if you book and reschedule a booking Sniffspot passes fees to the host, but if you cancel and reschedule no charges are passed to the guest or host. Whether your dog needs to run or just have some fun doing simple agility practise, you will love this real grassy yard! Humans can relax in a comfy chair in the covered patio area and toss a ball while sipping on a cold beverage or hot coffee from our self- serve coffee bar (all provided). This spot also has great night lighting if you want to come at night. I only allow dogs that have been fully vaccinated please. *Self-serve dog photo area, pet market place closet (where all items are only $5) -pet grooming, doggy daycare/boarding (coming soon) - all available here!

We have a half-acre of land in which your dog can roam. There are many trees they can walk and sniff under to keep shady. There's a nice long stretch of open yard so you can throw a ball. The pool is big but not very deep - swimmers rejoice in the summer! The pool is not fenced for those fearful of their dogs around water. Looking for a few nice respectful owners and dogs.

40 ft long for sprints, entry - intermediate level agility course, clean dog toys, wall/fence splitting my yard in half so that way my dogs cannot impede/disturb customers & their furry’s. Yard will always be Dirt/& or short cut grass. There will always be two doggy bowls down, one tilted with filtered clean water, other empty one you want to feed pup, I have bowl of dog treats dog owners can grab please limit to 3 per session. Parking in the driveway leading to RV gate entrance.

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Jump in the pool, do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus pool and patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Please don't worry about dirt in the pool; we'll turn the vacuum on when you leave. :) Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

4th of an acre enclosed yard secured by brick and wood fencing. Plenty of room to run as well as different things to experience. While watching your dog enjoy themselves sit down in the shade have a water and enjoy the view or for an extra fee use the private spa and barbecue grill. Friendly goats on property to view as well.
