This is a half acre backyard oasis for dogs 🐕 of all breeds, and their parents. It comes equipped with an inground heated pool, enclosed gazebo and Poolhouse. Dogs love to jump in the water and cool off on a hot summer ☀️ day, as well as run laps around the big backyard if they have the zoomies. There is a 6ft privacy fence around the entire backyard, and a separate, additional 4ft fence directly around the pool for safety. There are also security cameras, a charging station, and Bluetooth speakers if you and your fur baby enjoy music.

2 Acre backyard with plenty of room to run. Please feel free to use the patio furniture, tables and chairs. There’s toys like balls and a frisbee for your dog to enjoy. I offer dog treats and purified water upon request. Please feel free to message me if you need dog treats, purified water (for you or your pet) and/or waste bags.

Grass cut very often, dogs have free rain of the back yard, there is nothing that will harm them, birds and squirrels love to visit the back yard. I will have all dog supplies and toys in the shed. You are welcome to take and use what you want. Just please return to its location once finished.

Selden Dog Park in New York is a fully fenced enclosure where dog owners must follow strict rules and regulations. Only Town of Brookhaven and New York State residents are allowed, and amenities include small dog-friendly areas, chairs, and dog drinking water. Handlers must clean up after their pets, have current vaccinations and licenses, and carry a leash at all times. Dogs must be spayed or neutered, and only two dogs per person are allowed per visit. No children under 12 are allowed in off-leash areas, and no food, drink, smoking, or toys are permitted. Owners are responsible for their dog's actions.

FYI- The pool is available through September 18 as an add on under “Extras”. Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool is an additional charge and will be open through September 18th.
