3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Fayetteville

roughly 1 acre fenced in. 2 acres of wooded area, it will be getting wood chips over the summer. Access to river(slow moving water) roughly 4 foot deep in the deepest. Backyard is big enough to throw a bal and dog get to full speed. The trail being wood chipped will be softer on dogs feet than hot pavement. It will be a quarter mile loop for a running trail. Stay tuned. Price will go up once amenities are added (camp site, chairs and benches, running trail, more to come)

Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting.
