Please come share our 10 acres with us! (5 acres to roam the other 5 has our personal residence.) Bring your pup to just run some energy off, swim, train birding or hunting dogs, or bring the family for a picnic. There are several large pecan trees provide great shade in each area! We love hosting guest and their fur babies. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. Please park by SniffSpot sign and railroad tie. This is at the first curve of the driveway on the left by the first water crossing. A fully fenced large front yard with trees to sniff and brush to explore. There’s enough space for a frisbee throw or chase a ball. Enjoy the toys and bubbles provided then get a big ole drink of water to cool down. We have poop bags, a pooper scooper available and a trash receptacle. Hand sanitizer and sunscreen for your convenience. Benches for relaxing and watching your babies play. Check out our extras list for a variety of other services available. Hello! My backyard is completely fenced and flat. It is mostly grass, but there are some spots that are dirt due to the sun not reaching them. We just got part of our fence redone, so it is brand new! My dog will be inside at all times when my yard is being rented out. I can have water set out for the dogs, and chairs out there for you to sit in. Just let me know what you would like. All size dogs are welcomed. :) My dog has toys that stay outside that are welcomed to be played with. I can also pick them up beforehand if requested. We have a few tree limbs in the yard that have broken off our neighbors trees during storms, but we have left them - honestly because our dog likes to try to pick them up haha!

We have a massive and divided backyard! Our backyard is split into two yards, and the back-backyard is a great space to let your pup(s) run! Please only use the big field as our smaller yard is utilized by us much more and isn't as great a space for your pet to run. The back-backyard is about .5+ acres and is mostly open field! We do have chairs available for use and we can supply a few toys if desired, including a splash pad or puppy pool! Once you book your visit we will put out dog bags and a trash can for you, so please pick up after your dog(s)! To use the splashpad you'll have to reach out to me and I can give you additional instructions. This will come with a small fee to cover water expenses.

Our yard is multi-level and ready for lots of playtime and exercise! We have a covered patio with a fan and bench seating. There is plenty of room for dogs of all sizes to run on both levels.

I live on 20/25 acers. I have plenty runnings/ walking area for your 4 legged babies.

It's really simple right now in the yard just has the swing set but as we grow the yard will grow with different things for the animals to be entertained thinking of like a little kiddie pool and maybe like a sprinkler if not the kiddie pool
