Our doggies loved to just be able to run and swim freely! I would say that there is horse manure if your doggie is a poop eater like mineš Tony gives great directions and info about the property!

We had a wonderful afternoon at the property. Both our dogs ran wild and even took a dip in the pond water. We will be returning often, itās a dog sanctuary.

A dogās paradise! The fencing is very secure, and the trails are well-maintained. The horse and goats are cute too! We drove 90 minutes there, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Be sure to come prepared with bug spray, towels, and grooming wipes. ;) Tony provides very clear instructions and is friendly and helpful. You can sometimes hear his dogs bark, but they are not visible.

We loved this location! It was a great place to let our dog roam safely. He swam in the pond and made friends with the horse! Lots of space to explore and walk the trails. We recommend!

This is our first experience with SniffSpot and our boys had an absolute blast! Easy to find with great directions from Tony, love that it is entirely fenced in and just a stunning open piece of property! Water available which was great because our boys wore themselves out so fast! We will definitely be back to explore again!

The whole place is fenced with what I would call a chain link equivalent, very secure.
There were a bunch of wide trails mowed into the grass, a few wooded narrow trails and a pond.
My dog had a blast. I wanted somewhere to let her off leash that was fully secure but big enough to give her actual freedom. This was perfect. I did leash her around the pond, she wanted to go in but it was green and I didn't want to deal with a wet dog.
The only con is the ticks. I didn't knock any stars off because I fully expected them. My dog has come home full of them when hiking in public parks. It's just to be expected, especially if they "off road" into the unmowed parts. The humans only picked up 1 or 2, possibly also from the dog. Just make sure your dog is up to date on flea and tick medicine and possibly vaccinated against tick borne illnesses. Or come closer to winter.

This property is beautiful and our pups ran around full speed for a full 1/2 hour. It has beautiful views, a pond for the the pups to drink out of or swim in, and hiking trails that we didnāt get to yet because our dogs wore themselves out in the fields. Highly recommend. Weāll for sure be back.
The Host, Tony, is super nice and communicates really well about his property and how to find it. Next time weāll take him up on his offer to walk a bit with us so we make sure to hit all the good stuff.

Tony was so nice and wonderful! He showed me around the property. We had discussed before hand that my dogs were people friendly. :) The fence is solid, and the space is massive. Such a fun way to get my city dogs out in the country.

Such an incredible property to explore!
Beautiful scenery, and a great way to tire out the doggies.
Be mindful of ticks and do a check after the visit.
My favorite thing is getting to see my dogs have off leash freedom in a safe and secure environment. This was such a wonderful experience for them.
