Sarah's 3 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Carrollton

Partially Fenced
3 acres

Hi friends! I have a large, fenced in back yard for large/medium/smaller dogs. I also have a front and side yard that is not fenced that is more than 2 acres total. We live on a VERY safe, quiet, dead-end street in the heart of Carrollton. We are kind, accepting, and love everyone. Bring your fishing poles while your dog swims! We also have access to a private lake that very few people utilize. It has tons of fish and shallow areas for doggos to swim. We try to keep the grass short, but sometimes it gets a big longish. But we havent noticed any bug or rodent issues. We have 2 outdoor cats that will run to the neighbors if they see dogs. So no sweat there. We have indoor restrooms and places to lounge outdoors, snacks, and water. Bring your lawnchair and utilize the outdoor firepit, swings for the kiddos, and castle playhouse. Thanks so much for looking, friends! :)

Frequently asked questions about Valley dog water parks

What do private dog water parks in Valley offer that public parks don't?

Private dog water parks in Valley offer complete privacy (no other dogs), specialized environments for swimming and water play, professionally maintained cleanliness, flexible 24/7 scheduling, and safe spaces for all temperaments—puppies, seniors, small dogs, reactive dogs, or any pup needing accommodations. Public dog parks in Valley can't guarantee any of this. With 11 options, you get predictable, controlled environments perfect for your dog's specific needs.

Can I find fully fenced private dog parks in Valley?

Yes! Most of Valley's 11 private dog parks are fully fenced. Use the "fully fenced" filter to find secure enclosures with detailed specs: height (4ft, 6ft, 8ft+), material (wood, chain-link, vinyl), and gap information. This is crucial for escape artists, puppies learning boundaries, reactive dogs needing contained space, or small dogs who might squeeze through. Valley listings include fencing photos so you can verify security.

When can puppies start visiting dog water parks in Valley?

Puppies can visit Valley dog water parks as early as 8-10 weeks with initial vaccinations, much earlier than the 16+ weeks needed for public park safety. This early, controlled socialization prevents fear and reactivity issues later. Plus, puppies can explore swimming and water play without being overwhelmed or learning bad behaviors from poorly socialized adult dogs. Many Valley trainers specifically use dog water parks for puppy development.

How do I find private dog water parks near me in Valley?

Browse Valley's 11 dog water parks on Sniffspot by entering your neighborhood or zip code. Filter by distance, then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities, terrain type, or size. Each Valley listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Local favorite Working farm with room for your dog to roam! is particularly popular among Valley dog owners.

Can I rent dog water parks in Valley by the hour?

Yes! All 11 dog water parks in Valley are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer for training or events. Book instantly through Sniffspot, arrive during your time slot, and have complete privacy. Many Valley dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise.

What's the difference between Sniffspot dog water parks and public dog parks in Valley?

The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Valley mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. That means you can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 11 Valley dog water parks give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, your pup enjoys swimming and water play and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.

Are there indoor dog water parks in Valley?

Yes! Valley has climate-controlled indoor dog water parks perfect for extreme weather, rainy days, or year-round exercise. Indoor Valley locations typically feature protective flooring, controlled temperatures, and enclosed environments. They're especially popular for puppy training, senior dogs, reactive dogs, or anyone wanting consistent access regardless of Valley weather. Filter by "indoor" to see options.

How do Valley dog water parks help with dog training?

Valley trainers love dog water parks because privacy eliminates distractions. Work on recall, practice water confidence building, dock diving practice, or swimming-based fitness training, reinforce obedience, socialize puppies, or address reactivity without interruptions. For reactive dogs, train without trigger-stacking. For puppies, practice skills in controlled increments. For any dog, get focused training time in an environment specifically designed for swimming and water play.
