Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just run. _________________________________ SPECIAL EVENT JOIN OUR TEAM: 1 free additional stay for any dog signed up and completes the 2023 30 mile walk for Wounded Warriors starting April 1- May 7th. Come join our Team , myself and Felicity my puppy being trained as a service dog, search and rescue and medical support. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 6 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. Plus adding fun in the water , toys and more fun events. Bring the family great areas to picnic. We have a great property for humans and dogs! We own about 14 acres of land. About 9 acres of it is woods, river, and trails. Lots to explore! We have a fire pit and do a lot of 4 wheeling. None of the property is fenced in but the house sits a ways off the road. Bring boots for the river and trails!

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .
