Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just run. _________________________________ SPECIAL EVENT JOIN OUR TEAM: 1 free additional stay for any dog signed up and completes the 2023 30 mile walk for Wounded Warriors starting April 1- May 7th. Come join our Team , myself and Felicity my puppy being trained as a service dog, search and rescue and medical support. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 6 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. Plus adding fun in the water , toys and more fun events. Bring the family great areas to picnic. A lovely farm house with barn and outbuildings nestled on two beautiful acres in the country.

This is a dog's paradise! Plenty of room to run free, dig and be happy! There's a large dirt mound in the back for those that love to hunt, dig or climb. Ample shade on 3/4 of an acre. We'll provide sticks, toys and a small kiddy pool for cooling off (initially covered so you can decide how wet they get). We look forward to making your dog's day!

The property is split into two levels with the lower backyard level having creek access. Perfect for pups to cool off on hot summer days. Plenty of sun and shade throughout the property. Come enjoy this secluded and beautiful property today! *Let them play in the creek from bend to bend! The Metro Parks owns 200 acres that butt up to my property (meeting halfway into the creek). Spacious yard to run and play. You can park on left side of driveway or in the street. Enter thru the gate on the side of the house on the side street. Sheds are off limits but patio is fair game. If the hammock is out, feel free to kick back. Sit and relax while your dog/s plays. Please clean up after your pet in the designated can. Food and water bowls available. I hope you enjoy!

Fully fenced, "escape-proof" back yard, with plenty of off-street parking on double-wide driveway in quiet neighborhood. Dog-park style double gated entry/exit to back yard, board on board fence for privacy (black aluminum fencing with shrubs across the back). 2 large maple trees provide plenty of shade in the summer. Adirondack chairs and table located on the brick patio (shaded in summer with awnings) for owners to relax while your pups are enjoying the space. Water bowl provided with large cooler to easily refill the bowl, along with poop bags and trash can for easy disposal. Our dogs love this space, and we hope yours will too!

NOTE: We are currently only accepting a limited number of memberships at this spot. We do not accept individual bookings. Please message me if you would like to become a member. We may have a spot open. Note: If your pup can jump up or over a 3 1/2 foot fence and is prone to jumping up when people or dogs walk by the fence, then this site will not be safe for your pup. Welcome to our yard! We offer a convenient location for you to bring your medium or small sized pup for some outdoor off-leash time. We have trees and grassy areas with lots of smells for your dog to sniff. We also have benches and a small shelter with a chair and table for your comfort. Great space to let your dog off leash to safely play, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. We supply dog treats as well as toys. A water hose and bowl are also available. Everything can be found in the storage box in the little green shelter. If you are reserving a time when it is dark outside, the spot is lit up from the large street light. We do not have any other lights in the spot. There is a portable light in the little green shelter that you can switch on if needed. We recommend bringing a flashlight in the rare event that the street light does not turn on. Gate Entrance: Sidewalk on the street side of the house. Depending on how close you park, you will need to walk your dog on a leash at least 200ft to reach the chain link gate entrance to the spot. Clean up: Poop bags are provided and can be disposed of in metal garbage can located in the green shelter. We do our best to check the spot between guests and we trust that each guest is cleaning up after their pup. If you happen to run across something we missed from a previous guest, please feel free to put a marker flag (found in the storage box) near the spot so we can clean it up.

If you’d like to rent our adjacent space with a swimming pool, please contact us to make arrangements. The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it may not be a comfortable 65-70.
