55We are regular guests at Ranch Setting and look forward to every visit. Love having a stress-free place to take my reactive boy where we can just run and play without a care in the world. The fields are always maintained so, even when it's rainy, Cooper stays clean and Fran has provided various shelters to duck under to escape the elements. There are toys, agility equipment, refreshments & snacks for the human guests and even space heaters in colder months! A very luxurious Sniffspot. ♥ We've been here in sun, rain, snow, wind and hail and have had a blast every single time. Susan D.

There are toys, agility equipment, refreshments & snacks for the human guests and even space heaters in colder months! A very luxurious Sniffspot. ♥ We've been here in sun, rain, snow, wind and hail and have had a blast every single time.

Large, very well maintained fields with lots of toys and activities for the pups and shelters, seating & refreshments for the humans. Everything you and your puppy need to enjoy your time is provided—toys, treats, towels, snacks, warm drinks, a SPACE HEATER, etc.! We enjoy trying out the agility training equipment.

Fran is the best hostess. She provides so many wonderful items from chairs to dog waste bags to toys, caring equally about the humans and the pups. Her property is beautiful, and her kindness is above and beyond. My pups can't wait to come visit Fran's Ranch setting in Kent. Such an amazing sniffspot!!

Great location and Huuuuuge yard! My dogs ran around and around for about 40 min until they were both pooped. It was fully enclosed and fairly quiet. I would only be nervous if you had a small dog because there are some gaps in the back fence. Otherwise, 10/10 recommend and will be coming back!

Thanks to Fran who goes out of her way to make our playtime delightful. Pup treats and every toy that Mud Bay offers, shelter and human treats like coffee and snack bars for the moms and dads. A huge area for our big dogs to run and play in, this is in my humble opinion the best Sniffspot around. We are lucky this is close to home. I would highly recommend!

55My dog and I have gone to this sniff spot many times and love it more every time we go. Fran goes above and beyond to make sure the visit is amazing. All the toys and treats she provides are amazing, though my pup only cares about the tennis ball! My dog and I have gone to this sniff spot many times and love it more every time we go. Fran goes above and beyond to make sure the visit is amazing. All the toys and treats she provides are amazing, though my pup only cares about the tennis ball! We love the small agility course and the large amount of area to cover so that neither of us get bored at our visit. The many covered areas with seating are wonderful. We look forward to every visit.
