A few toys are out but can be picked up upon request. There is no resident dog but I dog sit frequently. The yard is about 40% a brick patio and 60% grass. Towels can be left out as well. Fresh/clean water bowl will be provided. Easy access to yard from convenient and never crowded street parking. Please be courteous of neighbors and do not block driveways. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. A hose and kiddie pool are provided during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating under our brand new pergolas. There’s a living room area plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. If you need anything at all before your visit, just let us know! Our two pups may be home during your visit, but they’ll be secured and kept out of sight so you and your dog can enjoy the yard stress-free. If needed, we can also take them off the property entirely. Please just mention it when you book. We totally get it.
