Just note that the pool was built especially for dogs, it has no steps, it has a beach entrance so dogs can just walk in or out. The pool is only about 3/12 feet deep so you can stand and play with your dog. The yard and the pool area are completely fenced but have a common gate to combine both areas. This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.
