Wi-Fi available, parking on street easy. Home owned by private dog trainer. Please do NOT knock front door in case baby is sleeping!

We are a dog daycare, training, grooming & social boarding facility. We have expanded and have an extra playroom with access to an enclosed outdoor, turfed space with a separate entrance. Mop buckets, poop bags and cleaning supplies will be provided and renters are responsible to keep space clean. Water bowls and play equipment are provided as well. Renters are responsible to monitor the dogs themselves and keep a safe space. (We do not have a public restroom) Availability to use the room is on Sat and Sun.

We started this Sniffspot in March 2023. We want to create a pleasant experience for you and your dogs. All funds will be going towards my dogs and their medical bills, Zsa Zsa’s bills. Any excess will be donated to a local shelter. Memberships are discounted 10% off for 4 hours and 15% off for 8 hours. If you have questions, please ask me. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can. The $1 cold drinks are located inside the cooler. Please deposit the money in the box above the cooler or submit electronic payment per the instructions on the box. This private back yard is located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a private entrance to the back yard so there’s no humans or dogs in sight. Fully fenced that are 6 feet high. Good for all types of dogs. Run around half an acre of back yard! There's an uphill incline for better exercise. Fresh water available for dogs at all times. There’s a small 3 tier shelf to place your belongings on. Dogs are welcome to dig. There’s rocks available for dogs who loves rocks. Agility Course (FOR DOG USE ONLY) is included in the price. Please remember to return all borrowed toys into the toy bin. Thank you. Tetherball is available for large dogs and humans. Sorry small dogs ): your tiny legs can’t help you! Please be safe and don’t hit the ball too hard. We don’t want any injuries to humans or dogs. Come visit our unique, peaceful yard in the canyon located in easy-to-access central San Diego, just up the hill from Snapdragon Stadium in Mission Valley. Dogs love to run up and down the dirt slope to chase balls and expend their energy. The slope leads to our flat, lower dirt yard which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their zoomies on! The yard is fully-fenced in and secure around the entire perimeter with plenty of tennis balls to play fetch, toys, water bowls, and a cot if they need a rest. We also have a play structure and in-ground trampoline for the kids and young-at-heart. :) You will not encounter any other dogs on the other side of the fence as the yard is adjacent to the canyon on 2 sides and senior neighbors to the right who NEVER use their yard. This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking and private access through a side gate to our back yard. Enjoy this private dog oasis where you can unwind while your dog(s) explores throughout. We have dog toys and natural landscape obstacles to keep your pups entertained. This area is fully fenced with at least 5ft tall fencing. You’ll have full access to the area and can feel like the entire place is all yours. This area includes our mini fruit orchard with limes, guavas, avocados, figs, and more! We have a chicken coop and run where our hens will stay while you’re visiting. Unless requested that they be kept in the coop, they will have access to the run where they cannot be reached by furry friends. We look forward to welcoming you to our family dog park.

Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that use of the premises carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily using the premises with knowledge of the dangers involved. 2. Release of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to use the premises, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while using the premises. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that may occur as a result of my use of the premises. 4. By booking the premises, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this release of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

We are open again! We got a new puppy and were waiting for him to be fully vaccinated. Thank you for your patience! 🐶 Come cool off in our luscious green fully enclosed backyard! We are located in Rancho Bernardo. We have a very large, luscious, grassy area for pups to to play or train in with table and chairs for you and friends to relax. Plenty of room for running, playing ball or resting in the sun or shade . Our sheepadoodle would love to entertain your pup or we can keep her inside and away from all windows. We are the only ones to offer a professional dog trotter for your dog to use and burn off energy while safely running! We have someone at the house to help you get the dogs acclimated. Please bring treats and their favorite toys if they have never been introduced to a dog trotter. Please have a quality collar as well. We have some extras on hand just in case.
