This is a privately owned empty residential lot (not a backyard) however there is a neighbor next to the property with a driveway in between. Property is a “pie shape” approximately 2,000 sqft. Fenced section is approximately 130’L with one end at 30’W and the other end at 6’. Entrance is at the corner of Atalanta Avenue and Glen Road. Street parking is on Glen Road (long fence side). The city does not allow signs (see photos for more clarification). This is a residential neighborhood; you will most likely see other people and dogs during your visit but not in the park with you. This is a self regulated private dog park / dog run similar to a regular dog park. There is not water on site however a bowl will be left on site (typically inside the toy box to keep it clean). A pet waste station is available along with a “used” poop bag bucket, trash receptacle, and some dog toys. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. Pesticide free - consider bringing bug spray. To keep moles away, mole spikes that vibrate in the ground are in use and you can hear a buzzing noise. The sand pit / tire area is for digging - please try to keep all digging isolated to the designated area only and try to fill in any holes dug by your dog outside of the pit area. Sun sail is up during spring/summer months only - that’s what the poles are for - no climbing please (currently the sun sail is not being used per the city requests). Patio umbrellas can be lifted up (use crank) during your visit and MUST BE RETRACTED and use the secure strap at the end of your visit (please use common sense and do not put the umbrellas up if it’s super windy). There is a 5 dog max. We prefer no more than 3 humans to 1 dog. If you are considering a dog birthday party or larger social meetup, please contact us before booking. We are also open to happy hour social gatherings, yoga, painting, and other type of events; please contact us to discuss. *Please understand this is mostly a self-regulated dog run/park. You MUST cleanup after your dog. However sometimes poop gets missed and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt it’s not done intentional. We want all visitors to have a great experience at K9 Corner.* **This spot is not a business to make money for profit. The deck features a table for 6 and there is plenty of comfortable seating under the gazebo. There are two fire pits and a heat lamp which provides plenty of heat in the fall and winter months. Entire yard is nicely lit at night for your enjoyment.

Fully fenced semi private back yard in the middle of Belleville. Easiest access is from the alley way between N 40th and N41st st, and park along the white vinyl fencing. I am a dog lover currently without a dog. So someone’s pupper should take advantage of the fenced yard and quiet neighborhood. Come over, let your furry baby run around and go home tuckered out. This property is a fully operational chestnut farm that doubles as a dog park in the off season. Lots to explore and plenty of space to get the zoomies. Half grass half wild growth. We have a dog, so there are some toys in the yard as well as some scents of him. The wild growth area has lots of scents to explore. The growth covers the view of the fence, but it is there. Ok for dogs, but humans should be cautious.

A Savvy dog park that is a designated, fenced-in area where dogs can play and exercise off-leash under the supervision of their owners. We have 1.25 acres near beautiful downtown, Kirkwood! We have an interior yard and a larger area outback with parking. There’s sheltered seating, water, bowl, dog, toys, and poop bags with accessible trashcan. We also have a pot towel hanging out. Please always let me know if you have any questions! We basically have 2 yards it seems most dogs appreciate the outer yard beyond the driveway the most!
