Soak up the vintage and rustic charm of Kentucky! We're nestled on top of a ridge with 200 acres of land you can explore while visiting. We have a pond and a large creek that runs right through our property. We have beautiful rolling hills that make for a great landscape to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. We're looking forward to hosting you.

Wide open space for your animal to run. Your dog can enjoy a dip in the pond and sniff all the new smells. You can relax in the hammock and enjoy the fresh air!

Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! Your dogs are welcome to get in any of the current ponds during construction 🦺

15+ acres of natural wooded trails, groomed for ease of walking/running. Perfect for dog walks & play or if you just wanted to be with nature for a while. Trails are very private and secluded, once you pass the house, you’re on your own. Any and all dogs welcome, especially good for reactive dogs because of how private it is. Unique Sniffspot. We are so glad you found us! Three separate yards divided with v-mesh 5 foot tall horse fencing. The biggest one is 4 acres and the entire property is double fenced for lots of romping. Mowed weekly. Our park is located on a quiet neighborhood street which is also great for leash walking! Please remember to always pick up after you play. Toys, Chuck It, doggie pick up bags are all located at the entrance and we appreciate you placing them back where you found them. I rotate dog swimming pools, agility equipment and other fun activities weather dependent. Picnic table great for snacks and pup watching!

Large half acre yard that is fully fenced with 5 rail fencing. Pool in pictures is fenced separately so dogs can’t get near it. Small dogs might be able to escape. No dogs live at the property.

HUGE fenced in backyard. Mowed weekly in the summertime. Plenty of room for your pup to run safely. We don't get much use out of our yard, so would love for you to take advantage of it! Please pick up after your pooch, but I'll bring out a bowl of water for them to sit on the porch. Feel free to relax on our patio while your dog runs off some energy! I'll keep a tote on the back with tennis balls, and more poop bags if needed. Please leave the toys for other dogs to enjoy!

9 acres to just run! Not fenced in but it does have a pond and lots of room to run

Welcome to our little piece of heaven. We enjoy our land and our dogs so much we want others to as well, so we opened it to sniff spot. Our area is a total of 17 acres with a creek that runs a quarter of the way throughout the perimeter. This is a large piece of property and is close to a busy road so some dogs so require some sort of long leash or rope for the dogs that do not have a strong recall. A portion of the land is mowed for a shorter terrain for ease of mobility. Trails are available to utilize as well as more are being cut at current time to travel throughout property. Half the property is left natural for a refuge for the wildlife. The natural areas have areas where there is tall grass areas. Thick brush, and uneven ground. Please consider your self and your animal’s physical health when hiking through property. There is a creek on both sides of the driveway and trails on both sides of the driveway as well . Feel free to get down in the creek and look for arrow heads, crawfish or cool shaped creek rocks. Walk the creek or the trails or let them stretch out across the field, play ball or frisbee there is plenty of room to run and stretch you furry baby’s legs. When visiting in spring it is highly recommended to wear bug spray for the flys and ticks as that’s a very heavy season and is recommended. Future accommodations coming : fenced 60x60 area dog play area with obstacles and sitting area, more trails and sitting areas along creek side. This is a beautifully landscaped piece of property located on the Little Kentucky River. There are wooded trails, grassland trails, and water access located on this 47 acre property.

Just under 11 acres with a 4 acre field and a pond for your pups to swim in. The area is partially fenced and surrounded by other pastures of farm animals for viewing. A great place to let your dog blow off some energy!
