Cimarron Valley Humane Society

CVHS is a no kill-limited intake animal rescue. We solely rely on foster homes and donations in order to save homeless or in need animals. CVHS is based in Cushing, Oklahoma but the majority of our foster homes are currently in Stillwater. We do not have a physical location so all meetings of adoptable animals must be done by appointment after submitting an approved application. Cimarron Valley Humane Society’s primary goal is to rescue animals from the local rural animal control so they avoid being euthanized. We also assist when space allows owner surrenders and animals dumped in the county. We have limited foster home space and can only accept animals when we have open fosters. We adopt our pets to approved applicants. CVHS also partners with other rescues in Oklahoma and across the country to transfer dogs to areas where they have room allowing us to save more even more animals.
