The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! In the summer, though, the creek dries up until the fall rains come. You can always message us to find out if there is water in the creek before your visit. There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂

Groups are welcome...so reserve a friend or two! We do limit cars to 2 per reservation or with advanced notice more are allowed. Also, speed limit on our long gravel drive is 10 MPH. We have a water spigot inside dog lot near steps. Please DO NOT use the water spigot in the open field near edge of driveway (handle will not cut off water supply!) Just a short drive away from downtown Mooresville, here is a dedicated fenced in spot of land to let your dog or dogs come get some energy out. Throughout the day, the trees around the area do provide some shade within the fence. Your pups are free to dig, I just ask that the holes created be filled back in before you leave. There is a dedicated parking area right in front of the access gate, after you turn into the gravel driveway (marked by red reflectors).
