Horses and alpacas are fenced in separate from dog field when reserved. It's best you book for non-reactive or aggressive dogs as the horses and hosts can be seen in the corral area. 2 dogs allowed in this booking. Add more dogs in extras. 2 people per dog allowed in booking. Add more people in extras. No need to have a dog to rent out this spot and relax. Visit with the horses and alpacas or to have a private picnic. Message me for details on how to book in this situation so you are not over charged. Without dog booking: Just book 1 dog visit which pays for 3 people. Then pay for each additional person in the extras. First 3 people are included in booking. The only way I will cancel and refund a reservation is for rain, wind or any situation that may impact safety or damage to the area. I will give you as much notice as possible. FYI: Steel Benders Grille has outside heated sitting and dog friendly & only 15 minutes away. Walk doggies on the trail there or drive. Your choice. Please have dogs on leash until entering the red gate into your area & back to vehicle. The yard is zero land scaped. Dig proof. And escape proof. And I bring dogs inside during the day when I am home. My house is refrigerated AC. I have a 5 month puppy that is a German shepherd he is fixed and shots are up to date. He is very playful.

I do not have any animals of my own so if you need alone time for your dog this is the right spot for you and your dogs.

Half of the yard is sand and the other half is small gravel bits. If you're dogs dig, it's no big deal. Let dogs plays, big or small, while humans can relax on the bench in front of the front door. I can also supply a foldable chair. There is a bowl with fresh drinking water. Hand sanitizer will be provided. There are several dog toys in the yard with a big tough red ball for any hard-core chewers. Pooper scooper is hanging in the yard with trash bin located on the north side of the driveway. I will update once I get more items to add to you and your dogs comfort. Enjoy your time in a quiet neighborhood.

Pretty much just a wide open yard. Plenty of room for exercise.
