This is a private rental, when you book you are the only one in the space. We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. We have a pretty decent sized backyard. It is nothing too big but it is the perfect backyard that your furry friends can come play and run around in. We don't spend a lot of time outside but I would like to give someone a space to play in 😊 feel free to message me with any questions.

I have 5 acres of meadow with trails cut through it. Behind my property is a private, seasonal road that I don’t own. I have a tiny house on wheels that I live it year round. I will have water set up. I do have a pond in my property that can be used. There are tons of apples to be had as well as berries in season. I have patio furniture set up for sitting.
