The pasture includes a pond and approximately 40 cattle, including a bull and cows with calves. Guests who choose to go into the cattle pasture with their dogs are welcome to do so, but please keep in mind that this is an active livestock pasture and is not maintained specifically for dog activity. Cattle behavior around unfamiliar people and dogs can be unpredictable, especially when calves are present. I have 3.24 acres that is unfenced for now that I own in sunset Texas. I am looking at purchasing the 4 acres next to my property to add to it. We are in the country off a dirt road. We have lots of space and open area for dogs to play. We do have stickers that are getting treated and we are trying to get rid of them so I don’t recommend any dogs that are long haired. We have three dogs on property as well as a goat, 20 chickens, and 6 snakes inside. I have access to a water spicket outside to fill up a water bowl if needed. I am so far out in the country that I don’t currently offer many amenities but if I have people interested in my land for visits I will add more as we go. If you have questions feel free to ask. 😊

There is an option of the smaller open field directly behind my housing unit as well as the larger open field area a house down from my unit. Both areas are open and available for you to decide of which area you’d like to utilize, with parking nearby.
