Off the beaten path, this spot is great for pups who need a large fenced playland to run and sniff and exploreโฆand for the people who love them. :) Your reservation time includes private use of 5 fenced acres with rolling hills, seasonal views, sun and shade, a variety of natural landscaping, seating, and unlimited opportunities for exciting smells! Finding our tucked-away location, understanding how to access our spot, and following the โpoop rulesโ of our spot require careful reading of (and diligence in following) directions. **DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS** for these are provided after your booking. We have high expectations that our guests will be good partners in keeping our spot a comfortable and safe place to relax for our next visitors. :) ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐: ๐) This Sniffspot is an off-road adventure! You will be driving on a dirt/gravel path, will park on grass/dirt, and may cross the small creek by foot. Conditions get muddy and access changes during wet weather, so please be prepared to follow posted signage. ๐) Access to the property requires unlatching and opening a drive-through gate. ๐) Access to the fenced Sniffspot requires parking before a small creek crossing and walking leashed dog over creek and about 500 feet along mowed path OR driving across the creek and parking by Sniffspot gated entrance. The choice is left to visitor discretion, but it is STRONGLY recommended that low-clearance vehicles (sedans, vans, etc) do NOT drive over the creek. ๐) **There are unfenced farm dogs on the property. They are unlikely to approach you as you enter the spot but may bark from a distance. No dogs aside from visiting dogs will be in the fenced-in spot. Dog barking is audible and dogs are visible while in the spot. ๐) There is a marked โcreek spotโ outside the fenced Sniffspot gate. Feel free to explore this small portion of the seasonal creek with your leashed pup during your reservation! ๐) Itโs always recommended to walk the perimeter of the fence with your dog leashed when you arrive to ensure no fencing issues. ๐) POOP RULES: We are interested in reducing the landfill footprint of pup visitors, so our poop disposal method is nontraditional but easy. We ask that visitors ONLY use a provided poop scoop to deposit waste over fence lines/into a compost tumbler ๐๐ use 100% compostable poop bags (bring your own or use those provided) to toss poop in the provided compost tumblers. Detailed directions for their use are posted at the spot. No plastic bags are allowed in the tumbler or to be left on the property. ๐) Cushioned seating and hammocks are for people only, please. ๐) No children under age 7 are allowed without prior approval. Please message with request. ๐๐) There are some old farm implements half-buried in the ground in a brushy area. Not for playing or climbing on or near. Offering Sniffspot allows our family a unique opportunity to share our beautiful property with others. We are very cognizant of the rapid subdividing and development of rural land in Middle Tennessee, and we are hoping to continue offering our property as a peaceful escape to enjoy the beauty of the area. Thanks for your support towards this goal! :) ๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ฆ We are proud of our wild homeplace and love sharing its beauty and peacefulness with others! This property has been in our family since the early 1800s, and in fact, our children are the 8th generation to live in our old farmhouse. :) This fenced 5-acre portion of the property is nestled on 235 acres less than an hour from Nashville. Plentiful Hill is a wild place. We aim to make it accessible and enjoyable to visitors, but we ultimately submit to the inescapable power, beauty, and essence of nature. Please anticipate and prepare for normal outdoor issues including bug bites, snake encounters, and severe weather. We work hard to keep our spot maintained during the growing months, but bug spray (with Deet is the most effective) and tick checks are necessary to ensure you and your pups stay happy and healthy. :) *** You may hear the occasional gunshot from neighboring properties. That is common down in the country, especially during hunting season from Nov through Jan, and it can be startling. There is no shooting/hunting on our property.*** The Town of Chapel Hill is 10 minutes away and has several Dollar Generals, a small grocery store, several restaurants, a laundry mat, and a few boutique shops...enough to cover any essential needs you have while out visiting this way! Weโre less than 30 minutes from Spring Hill and Lewisburg, less than 40 minutes from Franklin, Columbia, and Murfreesboro, and, surprisingly, less than 50 minutes from downtown Nashville. These are difficult times for a lot of folks, and we want our property to be a safe and inviting place for people of all backgrounds and their pets. It's important to us that people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone else who might sometimes feel unwelcomed in outdoor spaces feel especially comfortable and accepted while visiting our place.

This 140-acre escape at Plentiful Hill Farm is great for dogs and their humans who value outdoor adventures together. Miles of marked hiking trails, woods and open pasture, a seasonal creek, and getting away from it all while still being close enough...all reserved just for you during your visit! We're honored to host families, friend groups, and hiking buddies who want to enjoy the peacefulness, beauty, and freedom found in adventuring with their pups on private rural land. (**It is up to the dog owner to keep themselves and their dogs on OUR property and not venture into a neighbor's area.**) Towels, water dish, hammock, table and chairs, and trail maps are available at the Welcome Station. This property has been in our family since the early 1800s, and in fact, our children are the 8th generation to live in our old farmhouse. :) The portion of the property for our dog guests and their people is 140 acres of beautiful woods and spacious open fields less than an hour from Nashville. This part of the property has several cedar glades, marked hiking trails, karst topography, a seasonal creek, a variety of wildlife, and several benches (one converts to a picnic table) available for guests. Weโve developed and are continually maintaining trails across our property. Some of the trails are wide and open and give you great access to the beautiful pastures. Other trails are narrow and twist through the unendingly interesting woods. All trails have names and are identified with signs and posted maps. The woods trails are also marked with flags and ribbons to help you stay on track. The terrain varies from flat and open to hilly and wooded. If you need the fresh air, chance to recharge, and time to explore as much as your pup, this is the place for you! Our property is unfenced, and there are some neighbor homes near the property lines. Its a open 2 acres of land. With plenty of running space
This is a gorgeous area that you can let your dog roam and play! Though the lot is fully fenced itโs fenced with cow fencing, so if your dog is going to be trying to escape it may not be the best spot for you. Though the fencing is a deterrent it will not keep in a determined dog! Here you can use the agility course and peaceful nature to enjoy all that Tennessee has to offer!
1 acre of fenced pasture located between Ardmore and Elkmont Al. Farm animals and other dogs on premises but not in private fenced area. We are a working farm . Poop Happens!
Give your fur baby a chance to run free more than enough space to burn off some energy.
Our home is set on 35 acres. We have a fenced in area complete with electric fence so dogs cannot get out. We have ~30 acres out back where you can take your dogs away from the busy road off leash to play or walk.
We have just over 27 acre's of land. About 25 of those is raw woodland. Meaning there are no trails currently cut into it, there will be down trees from nature, brush, vines, and everything else that goes with being in the woods. The area around the house is mowed, we have a small grove of fruit trees, some blueberry bushes, and blackberries when they are in season. We also have a firepit toward the back of the property you are welcome to use. Our property is currently unfenced by us. Out property is a great area for your working animals to help train and hone in on there skills. Please let us know if you require something additional to help your visit be as productive as you would like.
