Not far from the interstate for travelers. Plenty of balls and toys for dogs, and trampoline for the two legged babies. Real fire pit for the cool days and hammock chair, kiddie pool and sprinkler for the hot days. Flower bed and fruit trees are growing I’m coming months hope to install a pond and finish repairing our screen in porch. My 4 dogs love the yard and I know yours will too.

Off the beaten path, this spot is great for pups who need a large fenced playland to run and sniff and explore…and for the people who love them. :) Your reservation time includes private use of 5 fenced acres with rolling hills, seasonal views, sun and shade, a variety of natural landscaping, seating, and unlimited opportunities for exciting smells! Finding our tucked-away location, understanding how to access our spot, and following the “poop rules” of our spot require careful reading of (and diligence in following) directions. **DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS** for these are provided after your booking. We have high expectations that our guests will be good partners in keeping our spot a comfortable and safe place to relax for our next visitors. :) 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 𝟏) This Sniffspot is an off-road adventure! You will be driving on a dirt/gravel path, will park on grass/dirt, and may cross the small creek by foot. Conditions get muddy and access changes during wet weather, so please be prepared to follow posted signage. 𝟐) Access to the property requires unlatching and opening a drive-through gate. 𝟑) Access to the fenced Sniffspot requires parking before a small creek crossing and walking leashed dog over creek and about 500 feet along mowed path OR driving across the creek and parking by Sniffspot gated entrance. The choice is left to visitor discretion, but it is STRONGLY recommended that low-clearance vehicles (sedans, vans, etc) do NOT drive over the creek. 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝. 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡. 𝟒) **There are unfenced farm dogs on the property. They are unlikely to approach you as you enter the spot but may bark from a distance. No dogs aside from visiting dogs will be in the fenced-in spot. Dog barking is audible and dogs are visible while in the spot. 𝟓) There is a marked “creek spot” outside the fenced Sniffspot gate. Feel free to explore this small portion of the seasonal creek with your leashed pup during your reservation! 𝟔) It’s always recommended to walk the perimeter of the fence with your dog leashed when you arrive to ensure no fencing issues. 𝟕) POOP RULES: We are interested in reducing the landfill footprint of pup visitors, so our poop disposal method is nontraditional but easy. We ask that visitors ONLY use a provided poop scoop to deposit waste over fence lines/into a compost tumbler 𝐎𝐑 use 100% compostable poop bags (bring your own or use those provided) to toss poop in the provided compost tumblers. Detailed directions for their use are posted at the spot. No plastic bags are allowed in the tumbler or to be left on the property. 𝟖) Cushioned seating and hammocks are for people only, please. 𝟗) No children under age 7 are allowed without prior approval. Please message with request. 𝟏𝟎) There are some old farm implements half-buried in the ground in a brushy area. Not for playing or climbing on or near. Offering Sniffspot allows our family a unique opportunity to share our beautiful property with others. We are very cognizant of the rapid subdividing and development of rural land in Middle Tennessee, and we are hoping to continue offering our property as a peaceful escape to enjoy the beauty of the area. Plentiful Hill is a wild place. We aim to make it accessible and enjoyable to visitors, but we ultimately submit to the inescapable power, beauty, and essence of nature. Please anticipate and prepare for normal outdoor issues including bug bites, snake encounters, and severe weather. We work hard to keep our spot maintained during the growing months, but bug spray (with Deet is the most effective) and tick checks are necessary to ensure you and your pups stay happy and healthy. :) *** You may hear the occasional gunshot from neighboring properties. That is common down in the country, especially during hunting season from Nov through Jan, and it can be startling. There is no shooting/hunting on our property.*** The Town of Chapel Hill is 10 minutes away and has several Dollar Generals, a small grocery store, several restaurants, a laundry mat, and a few boutique shops...enough to cover any essential needs you have while out visiting this way! We’re less than 30 minutes from Spring Hill and Lewisburg, less than 40 minutes from Franklin, Columbia, and Murfreesboro, and, surprisingly, less than 50 minutes from downtown Nashville. These are difficult times for a lot of folks, and we want our property to be a safe and inviting place for people of all backgrounds and their pets. It's important to us that people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone else who might sometimes feel unwelcomed in outdoor spaces feel especially comfortable and accepted while visiting our place.

(**It is up to the dog owner to keep themselves and their dogs on OUR property and not venture into a neighbor's area.**) Towels, water dish, hammock, table and chairs, and trail maps are available at the Welcome Station. This part of the property has several cedar glades, marked hiking trails, karst topography, a seasonal creek, a variety of wildlife, and several benches (one converts to a picnic table) available for guests. We’ve developed and are continually maintaining trails across our property. Some of the trails are wide and open and give you great access to the beautiful pastures. Other trails are narrow and twist through the unendingly interesting woods. All trails have names and are identified with signs and posted maps. The woods trails are also marked with flags and ribbons to help you stay on track. The terrain varies from flat and open to hilly and wooded. If you need the fresh air, chance to recharge, and time to explore as much as your pup, this is the place for you! Our property is unfenced, and there are some neighbor homes near the property lines. It is essential that your dogs stay close to you and don’t bother anything outside our property. Plentiful Hill is a wild place. Welcome to Crossing Creeks Farm, where we are passionate about producing great food for our family's table and yours! Our love for dogs and hosting has lead us to build and open a private dog park right here on our farm. We encourage you to check out our website at www.crossingcreeks.com to learn more about what all we have to offer. Our dog park is just over 1/3 acre and fully fenced for safe off-leash fun! And we've partnered with Wondercide to also provide a safe area with natural treatment for fleas and ticks. Our park includes leash hooks, automatic dog waterer, agility equipment, waste bags, trash can, hand sanitizer, shaded seating area, dog dig pit, and gumball treat dispenser (be sure to bring a quarter or two!). And included with your spot, is the use of our self-serve dog wash. Wondercide has provided their amazing shampoos and flea & tick sprays for your pup(s) to go home feeling fresh and clean. Our on-site Farm Store offers a variety of goodies for both human and four-legged friends. And feel free to enjoy a walk on our walking trails through our woods and creeks. Please keep a leash on your pet(s) while not in the dog park. Shane and I and our two boys, Noah and Caleb live here on the farm, as well as my parents, Reid and Susan. Feel free to ask any of us any questions you may have while on the farm. And shoot us a message if you have any questions before coming out. Some of the other residents of the farm are our chickens, ducks, turkeys, cattle, pigs, and horses-all fully contained in their own fences. We offer horseback riding lessons here as well and host traveling guests through our on-site RV sites and campsite. If you'd like to enjoy a campfire during your visit, add a firewood bundle to your reservation and we'll have everything setup in the park upon your arrival-you just pack the s'mores! Our public restroom is just a short walk across the yard and driveway from the dog park. 10% of all profit will be donated to our local no-kill animal rescue here in Bedford County. A .25 acre fenced in backyard that allows your furry friends to run, play, and exercise freely. A kiddie pool, balls, and other doggie toys are available for them to play with. There is a covered and uncovered area for their hoomans to sit and relax while their pet plays. A pooper scooper and doggie bags will be available if needed. Wifi is available. Off road parking and a side entry gate.

Well maintained beautiful, acre yard for you pups to run chase and fetch balls. A mud/dirt digging area. Some dog toys and balls provided for you pup to enjoy. For you there’s chairs, table under covered patio with snacks, water and a TV to enjoy if your needing a break as well.

Fully fenced backyard, my dogs are on the property but can be put inside at any time!

This is a gorgeous area that you can let your dog roam and play! Though the lot is fully fenced it’s fenced with cow fencing, so if your dog is going to be trying to escape it may not be the best spot for you. Though the fencing is a deterrent it will not keep in a determined dog! Here you can use the agility course and peaceful nature to enjoy all that Tennessee has to offer!
