Kuna's Corner - Enrichment Yard

Step into a space where dogs can explore, play, and challenge themselves, while humans can relax and enjoy the day. We absolutely adore our dogs, (Kian + Bruna = Kuna 😉), so we decided to build them their dream yard, and now we’re excited to share it with you! Kuna’s Corner offers a variety of activities designed to keep pups engaged and excited. Dogs have plenty of room to zoom, climb and balance on the custom playset and tire pyramid, zig-zag along logs, dig in the designated digging area, or chase tennis balls and other toys. The playset also serves as an observation deck for dogs to climb and survey the yard, and the bungee tether tug lets them pull and play on their own. A sensory garden and a variety of tactile surfaces including grass, dirt, wood chips, turf, and pavers add new experiences to every corner. Wooden wind chimes provide gentle, calming sounds throughout the yard, and shaded areas and a pesticide-free environment make it a safe and comfortable space. Humans can relax in seating areas or a hammock chair and enjoy off-street parking for a stress-free visit. Kuna’s Corner is playful, enriching, and welcoming for every pup and their person. *We have a security camera in the backyard for home safety. During all Sniffspot visits, the camera is always set to privacy mode and does not record.

We have a half-acre of land in which your dog can roam. There are many trees they can walk and sniff under to keep shady. There's a nice long stretch of open yard so you can throw a ball. The pool is big but not very deep - swimmers rejoice in the summer! The pool is not fenced for those fearful of their dogs around water. Looking for a few nice respectful owners and dogs.

Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, jump in the pool, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. If you know for sure that you won't use the pool, send me a message. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just 2 jumps and weave poles. Feel free to move it around. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. The tunnel finally gave up in 2025. It tried so hard, but the sun ☀️ was too much. RIP blue tunnel. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

You will have a large private yard with green grass. We added an agility set for the active pups. Our goal is to tired-out our furry friends so they are happy doggies.😊 Your doggie will enjoy treats and toys. Toys get worn out very quickly so we try to add more when we can. New comfy glider chairs were added for visitor comfort as well as ceiling fans and a mister in summer. If you’d like a doggie pool so they can play in just let me know. *please add photos of your fur babies. We love to see our visitors!
