55This is a wonderful place to go visit with your dog(s). We reserved the 1 acre parcel and our dog loved to just go and sniff and play fetch. All areas are fenced in, so you can feel assured your dog is safe. The property is very well cared for. There is some shade on the 1 acre, but make sure to bring a lawn chair. Our dog had to take a break after only 25 min. of non-stop running around.
Jane was very nice and accommodating, she greeted us on arrival. She allowed as to take a stroll on the 14 acre field which is great for larger gatherings with a picnic area. We are definitely considering it for a future event. This area is all fenced in also.
It feels very good to just let your dog be off leash. He LOVED it. We have a small backyard and dog parks are very restrictive and not very big. The 14 acre field is huge.
Make sure to invite some friends with their dogs for your private dog party.
We drove 45 min. one way, but it was well worth it.
We will definitely come back.

My two pups loved their first SniffSpot experience here! We planned on making this a pitstop several hours into our 15 hour road trip, and the dogs were so happy to get out to stretch their legs. There was plenty of room for them to run, play fetch, and wear themselves out. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
