55This yard is awesome! On a hot, sunny day, most of the yard is in the sun, but there is a nice shady spot granted by some trees to the side. I would recommend using Apple Maps to get here, as I used Google Maps and it brought me to Salinas road, which is the next road over. It took me about 20 minutes to finally get to the right spot. There are a few golf balls in the yard, which is no big deal. My dog picked one up and traded it pretty quick for his tennis ball, but just something to be aware of. Overall, loved this yard and I was just so happy to see my dog so happy running around free as can be :) I also messaged Graham a few times before booking the yard and he was very responsive and kind. 55Absolutely love this spot! Tons of space for my dog to play! 2 things: make sure the area is fully enclosed before letting your dog off leash (my dog managed to find the one hole in the fence so I blocked it off) and there were 2 cats on the property so be aware of that if your dog is reactive to cats! 55Great space, with plenty of room to run. It is mowed very closely, so I was not worried about foxtails. Ben loved it! I’ll definitely be backSusan H.

55This is my second visit, my first visit was the day before with a friend. That visit was awesome so I scheduled another visit. This property is great for me and my dog to practice off leash work. The access is easy and the 2 hr booking is great. I guess some spots require 24 hour notice (?!).
The property is subject to usual ‘bad owner’ behavior of not picking up after their dogs so I just paid attention so as not to let my pup eat other poop. This is not a reflection on property manager, rather a reflection of other users….. same as in public spaces. I wouldn’t expect property manager to comb 2 acres after visits. I was hoping that people who paid for use would pick up after pet…Caroline J.

FAQ about our Atascadero fully fenced dog parks
Are fully fenced dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. Human and animal safety is our #1 focus. Without a private option, many dog owners are relegated to using athletic fields or tennis courts for their dogs, which are not private or safe. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. And with fully fenced Sniffspot parks, you can get the safety of a fenced-in space for dogs, while still having plenty of space to run.
