There are several water bowls and a hose, also a container with poop bags( take a roll with our compliments) and hand sanitizer at the entrance. Our large backyard is ready to be sniffed! Our yard is fully-fenced in and safe for your dog to have some outdoor zoomies. Plenty of seating for humans. And a playground for kids (or dogs!) to play on. We work from home a few days a week, so someone might be here during your visit. We’ll say hi from the window but will otherwise give you privacy.

The Oasis (3 Acres & Lake)

People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! Willow Creek Ranch is a 48 acre farm in Washington Township owned by 3rd generation livestock farmers. We have many trails to walk on. The time spent here will be nothing but bliss. Even though we are in the center of a busy town, you will not notice, once in our woods. Our trails and property are clean and groomed routinely. We have fields for running. Our livestock is kept in pastures or pens. Please do not go into livestocks pastures or pens and keep privacy for the residence. While on our trails you will see beautiful wildlife. You will be surrounded by a variety of trees, foliage, and flowers (as of June 7th- our Tulip Trees are starting to bloom! They are yellow/orange blooms at the tops of the trees). Our spot features full paddock fencing secured by vinyl livestock so you can be confident that your dog will be safe while getting their energy out. As for you, enjoy being in the company of our barn circa 1840, which was featured in a local Western film in the 1970s. We have outdoor furniture for you to take it all in as you immerse yourself in the wonders of Silverton Road’s most charming home! We have a deck box which holds our cushions for you to access in the event I am unable to set them out. If you’re lucky, you may just see some of our neighborhood’s beloved deer or chickens grazing in the field behind our property. When you’re done enjoying our property, be sure to visit Silverton Farms right down the road for fresh organic produce, eggs, honey and flowers. We hope you enjoy our property as much as our dogs Blu and Auggie do! Please note- we are a heavily wooded yard and as such, be sure to check you and your pups for ticks!
