Nicole's Private Dog Park In Fair Oaks

Welcome! We’re happy to have you! We have a large open backyard with two levels. Up a wide set of three steps is a large grassy area with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. We have a covered patio area with a table and chairs you’re welcome to move around and make yourself comfortable. If you bring kids they’ll have fun playing in the playhouse and are welcome to whatever toys they find. The space is completely fenced in. We do have one fence board down near the entrance that we need to fix but it is currently blocked off and shouldn’t be a problem. Our backyard is family friendly so please excuse the mess if I don’t always get to cleaning it up. I have provided two water bowls, a small container of tennis balls and some dog bags. Please always clean up after them and feel free to leave the bags in the black trash bin on the front driveway on your way out! Entrance is through the side gate on the left of the house as you approach. There will be a metal pull cord and the gate swings in. When you enter you’ll see the hose in front of you. Help yourself to water for your dogs and let me know if you need water for yourselves or anything else and I will accommodate whatever I can! During your visit we will stay out of the backyard and have no pets that will interrupt your time so you don’t have to worry about being approached and can feel comfortable keeping your dogs off leash. Please note that if you book a morning slot you may find the far right corner of the grass to be a little muddy as the water seems to collect there. We’re working on a solution but just want you to be aware of that before you book. You may want to bring a towel just in case. We’re super excited to have you and would love to hear any suggestions you have for improving our space. We’ll do our best to implement as our time and budget allows. Please reach out with any questions or concerns! - Nicole ❤️

This was our first visit to a sniff spot. Sarah was a super responsive, friendly and accommodating host. She answered all questions very quickly. A very easy process. Our dog loved roaming around on the property which is about half an acre of hillside with trees and lots of bushes and walkways. No grass, but an ample deck and numerous places to sit. Everything was as described and our dog had a blast. The whole property is fenced in and it was a great experience for Oni, our dog, to be able to be off leash without worrying that he will escape. Definitely recommend Sarah in this place. Thank you again for your hospitality it was awesome!

Perfect! This was the first sniffspot I felt safe letting my dog off leash. Sarah was great when I contacted her during my booking to verify a dog free zone for my reactive pup, she responded immediately and accommodated my needs. The whole area was very secure which is great since my other pup, the super friendly one is an escape artist extraordinaire. The yard is a mixture of patio haven and ivy garland trees giving the dogs an opportunity to play and explore. I enjoyed the setting as much as they did. What I really appreciated was that it felt safe. They weren’t going to get hurt if I looked away for a minute. I was surprised that they wore themselves out as quickly as they did. I know they had a great time.

My dog and I had the most amazing time!! It is a massive, beautiful property owned by the most incredible people. Ally was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful. We are new to Sniffspot, so I was worried about getting there. It was a 3 hour drive from my home, but it was well worth the trek! My dog is reactive to other dogs, and it was really wonderful to have a space where he can roam free without me worrying about other dogs being present. Ally met us at the gate to make sure we were at the right place. She was very warm and welcoming and walked with us in the property to make sure we knew where to find everything and familiarized ourselves with landmarks to avoid getting lost or wandering in the wrong places. She was kind and patient with my dog which is always always appreciated :) My pup and I had such a fun time, and we will definitely be coming back!
