The property is flat, well-maintained, and surrounded by mature trees that provide abundant shade throughout the day, creating a comfortable environment for both dogs and their humans. We are conveniently located just 2 miles from Prettyboy Dam and only minutes from several NCR Trail access points, making it the perfect destination before or after a hike with your pup. Whether you have a high-energy pup that needs room to run or a reactive dog that enjoys quiet, private spaces, you’ll have the entire property to yourselves. With very few visible neighbors and trees lining the property, it’s a calm, secluded setting away from the crowds. Bringing the family? We also have a separate children’s play area available. You’re welcome to use it during your visit, but please do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries. We’d love to host you and your four-legged companion. Our 6 foot wooden privacy fence surrounds almost half an acre of grass that is regularly mowed. Our landscaping includes opportunity for your dogs to leap from the ledge of our retaining wall, sniff and explore several woodpiles and a "fairy garden" stick pile - which houses native bugs and frogs. We provide dog bags and a bucket of dogs toys on our deck, we also provide fresh water for your dogs to drink, as long as we're home when you make your booking. Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Tree lights, fire pit, and access to indoor restroom are all available UPON REQUEST! FYI ~ there is currently a pile of branches down in the far rear of the yard that were clipped from the power lines, so the yard conditions might not be ideal for some guests/dogs. Just wanted to give guests a heads up. I just had a baby a few weeks ago and haven't had a chance to get it properly taken care of. Guests are still more than welcome to book the yard, just didn't want anyone to have an unexpected surprise.

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! (The light blue house) Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have two doggos but won't be outside during your booked time, I sometimes will have an extra pup in the house as I also offer dog boarding through Rover, but again they won't be out while you visit. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

We also have a bunch of dog toys, including tons of tennis balls, and several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

A true off-leash adventure for dogs who love freedom and nature! Enjoy 100 acres of unfenced fields, rolling hills, and wooded trails—perfect for dogs who love to explore. You can hike on designated trails, on mowed fields or use the ponds for water training for hours with your pup(s). Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road and barn, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.
