The water is the Cypress Creek River, it has a lot to offer with beautiful, large Cypress trees. Plenty of space to explore and enjoy the peaceful, beautiful spot. Please keep in mind we are in a drought so the water isn't as deep as it's been the last few years. Water is still safe to swim in but figured I would include this since I've had a few people mention the water levels. Texas is experiencing a drought, fyi.

North Shoal Creek Fully Fenced Yard W/ Swimming Pool

Fully-fenced yard with swimming pool! Yard backs up to Shoal Creek (dry except after rains) with iron fence in back for lots of great views and sniffs of nature. We have lots of shade - large trees plus a covered seating area. Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.

This includes all areas of the property, including the pool area, shaded areas, and side yard. Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior and safety during the entire visit. Pool Safety: There is an unfenced in‑ground pool on the property. Dogs and children must be supervised at all times around the pool. Swimming is allowed at your own risk. Guests are fully responsible for their dog’s safety around water. No unsupervised dogs or children near the pool at any time. Digging: Digging is not allowed. If your dog begins to dig, please stop them immediately. Any new holes or damage may result in repair charges or declined future bookings.
