Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Lombard

We live on a corner lot. There is a high, spaced fence along the public sidewalk. There is a kiddie pool (during summer), a rain garden (not really for the dogs, but in case you're worried about water it can temporarily fill up during and after heavy rainfall), and some agility equipment (four jumps and six weave poles) upon request. Easiest access to the yard is to park on E Taylor and enter through the north gate. There is a tall, silver trash can on the patio for any human trash. There is a short, silver trash can near the north gate entrance for Dog Bags. Please enjoy a patio chair, dog toys, sunscreen, bug spray, and hammock (weather permitting). Backyard is East Facing so gets lots of morning sun. There is a sun shade over part of the patio but the patio area is 100% shaded by 3:30-4p, the yard is ~50% shaded by 6p, ~100% shaded by 7p.

We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. To decrease traffic we have increased our pricing because the grass is struggling with wear/tear. If you have a history of using our yard we want your dog to still get to come play! So please send a message & we will send you a discount code. We just need to start planning for planting grass etc. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot.

Stuart Sports Complex Dog Park

We have a palisade wall that ranges from 4 feet up to 8 feet for dogs that enjoy climbing and jumping challenges. There’s also an A-frame for agility work, along with jump equipment to help build coordination and confidence. A raised place table is available and works great for practicing obedience like “place” and duration stays. The space also includes additional training tools such as cones and markers that can be used for drills, engagement work, or structured play sessions. Whether you’re working on obedience, agility, or just giving your dog something different to do, there’s plenty here to keep them engaged. For those interested in more advanced conditioning, a slat mill is available upon request for an additional $25. Fully fenced in yard for all pups to come and play at! We have a gazebo with 2 chairs and a small table for the humans as well. One doggy agility jump that is adjustable to any size dog!
