IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Property is on 1.5 acres. Only approx .5 is fully fenced in for a backyard for lots of space for dogs to run and play! The fencing around most is 5 foot tall chain link fence. The back fencing is rail with livestock paneling behind it (just not visible) I have a deaf 20 lb mini aussie who is an escape artist and she has not been able to get out. Please do not park in the standing water. The Sniffspot area is located at the back of my property. Where there is a 6 foot tall fence so that dogs are secure even in the winter with a few feet of snow on the ground. I just recently set this up as family friends recommended I try it, so please be patient as I improve things to make it more guest friendly. Hope your four legged friends enjoy it as much as my dogs do.

Just over 1/2 acre of grassy rolling land with a great sand pit for digging. Natural obstacles and toys in the warmer weather. Located conveniently right on Highway 12 just south of Greenbank between Uxbridge and Port Perry. Only about 12 minutes from Brooklin, 17 minutes to Whitby and 12 minutes from Sunderland I also have an INDOOR sand arena available for anyone that needs indoor training space. ALSO it shows spots not available until 11am BUT contact if you want earlier visit - I can do earlier but there may be horses visible to your dog.
