Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy, sniffing, and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The in ground pool is available for an additional charge from Memorial Day to Labor Day (please scroll to Extras to reserve the pool). The pool in the off-season is covered by a mesh safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.

Large fenced in natural area in a very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of shade in summer. Bench for seating and great bird watching for human companions.

60 acres of forest and trails on a woodland preserve. Past our property is the Appalachian Trail. Canopy shade when there are leaves. There are little streams, logs, rocks and all sort of areas for digging, running, jumping and sniffing. There is an upper trail and a lower trail and they both loop together. Up the trail to the right is a deck with chair and table and supplies. You can watch your dog in all directions from this vantage point as they run free and smell all the smells of a forest.

Your dog will absolutely 💕 playing on this private six acre Wilton 🐶 estate that overlooks the reservoir w/ plenty of room for parking. Please clean up after your 🐶 Also, one of our guests left their ball in the front yard so if you’re missing a ball it’s probably yours 😂

Please note that if you’d like to bring another dog/friend that is not part of your immediate family/household, they must make a separate reservation. No exceptions. Please bring: A PHYSICAL COPY (for me to keep) of proof of rabies, distemper, kennel cough. Printed receipt or photo of current flea/tick and heartworm preventative. A Photo of your license will be taken upon arrival. Please do not bring your pets to this property if they are not feeling well or are currently ill.  This protocol is to keep both parties involved safe!🐾

This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

Right off 9W but quiet and set back enough from the highway. Little over 1/4 acre to run, swim, (kiddie pool) nice and shady in the afternoon with sunny spots for dogs to sunbathe in. Hose access for fresh water.

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Give your pup a cool break at our 4 acre partially fenced private dog park over 100 meters from the street with water, grass, woods and more! Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. *** This is a “carry in carry out” “park!” Please take your poop bags. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop. Be respectful of the Sniffspot community and just in general have respect and clean up after your dogs!!!

It’s an ideal fenced in secluded property to spend time safely and serenely with your pet. Will honor same hourly price for 2 dogs.

Feel free to enjoy this little spot. It is 100% pesticide and herbicide free! Suitable for pets and people including small children. Lots of running space for a small to medium sized dog. Larger dogs might also enjoy a new experience. Squirrels, bunnies and chipmunks enjoy the area and might be of interest to your pup. There’s plenty of shade from trees and a fence all around so they are safe :)

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh. We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide a few dog toys that are sanitized between visits. We no longer provide water as a safety precaution during the respiratory virus outbreak. Hope to have you for a visit soon! My large fenced in backyard available for play!!!

Fully fenced in yard with lots of toys for dogs to play with and a swimming pool for a hot day. Your pup will enjoy running in our back yard. Pool will be open starting May 1.

Large flat, grassy yard on a safe, quiet street. Parking available for three cars. 

Backyard is fully fenced and secure. The front yard is an open space with plenty of amenities upon request - we have toys, water bowls, poop bags and poop bags but you must request. Just ask us if you need anything. Our yard is dog friendly and you can go hiking in the back of the property if you want (ask me questions about anything if you're confused!)

Come by and bring your furry friends. We recently had our yard fully fenced and wanted to let our dog (Layla) and other dogs enjoy the backyard which now allows for endless zoomies. We also welcome dogs who want to have private appointments to enjoy the yard by themselves while we keep Layla inside.
