Island Oasis Private Dog Park

New, fully fenced half acre mowed field. Plenty of space for your dog(s) to stretch their legs and get out all their zoomies! Plenty of toys, drinking water and places to investigate! Fence is 4ft high with wooden footboard. Fence is welded metal…..Your dog(s) will be safe and contained. Park located ~1 mile down a dead end dirt road with minimal car traffic and moderate pedestrian traffic. West side of park parallels road with a steep bank and ~15ft separating it. To the South is hayfield and our house is to the North. Our house is ~30ft from North side of park, but fully visible. To the East, enjoy views of Georgia Mountain and Mount Mansfield (in Winter months). Pooper scooper, poop bags, hand sanitizer and receptacle available but please pack in pack out all other trash. We are still open for the 2024 season! I have an amazing spacious fully fenced in back yard with a reinforced raised deck that will be perfect for your dog! It is full fenced and has an entrance located on the left hand side for easy access in and out! Your dog will have a great time running in the grass or hanging out in the shade under the deck! Parking is right out front in my driveway. Located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood in Essex Junction.

Constancia's Private Dog Park In Warren

Large enclosure for your babies to run free and have fun. Please be aware small dogs can escape under the gate. Chairs for the humans to sit. Fresh water for your pups, bags for your to clean up after, and a trash can to dispose of those bags. We currently have a large puddle(I say pond) of water making my area a muddy mess. Please don’t reserve if you do not want to deal with muddy dogs after their time here.

Very nice little yard. Keep in mind as pictured there is an active garden you're going to want to try to keep your pups out of. There's chairs to sit in. Very happy will most likely be back.

This is a great spot!! We were here a full hour and we only saw two other dogs (walking the bike path with their owners of course) and it was in the last 10 minutes we did go in the evening 7-8 which was just perfect, the yard is very pretty and neighbors are friendly!

Nice yard plenty of space for my Beagle to run. Fence is lowish on one side but fine for small and medium dogs or big dogs who won't jump fences. Had a great time thanks!

Excellent backyard, perfect for some zoomies and fetch. The house number is really small, but our GPS was spot on. The fence was open for us on the left side of the house. Julie is tired, and that was our main goal!

We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit use by pregnant dogs and we do not permit dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules, such as staying within the designated off-leash areas. Each park location also has their own set of rules that guests need to follow, such as limiting excessive barking.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot fully fenced dog park at the same time as me?

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
