100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **Due to liability/insurance requirements, only dogs are allowed to swim during Sniffspot visits. One human per dog is allowed in the pool when ACTIVELY assisting their dog ONLY and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 13 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Complimentary snacks, coffee & hot chocolate available at the coffee bar and cold drinks in the refrigerator. Beautiful dog oasis conveniently located in Bryan. Your pups will enjoy a large fenced in yard with plenty of room for running and playing. Splash in the beautiful pool that has shaded areas as well as a sun deck. A large, covered patio is available with lots of seating as well as a TV. Water hose available for washing off.

Private 30 acres with pastures, trees, pond & a creek. I live on the top of the hill with my golden retrievers and use the rest of my property for retriever training and fun with my goldens!

It is a doggy paradise. Just ask out 2 border collies and their friends. We have 5 acres with multiple fenced areas. Currently when you book you get the fully fenced front acreage. There is also a large pond for the water loving dogs but it is not fully secure. We do also have horses, chickens and cats so we do ask that your pup be a good neighbor and not chase anyone but their own balls, frisbees or other toys.

1 18f pool with dog friendly steps. Water trough for drinking or bathing. Chairs, hammock. Fire pit. 2 plum trees, a pomegranate tree and a small garden. Feel free to pick fruit if you see it. My dogs can be inside or come out and play. They are very friendly.
