This 5+ acre parcel is full of fallow field fun for you and your pets! Humans can stay on the mowed pathways while the dogs roam the open fields. Active farming activities including beehives, vegetable growing areas and bramble patch are some of the farming activities you might encounter! While the area is only partially fenced, a large ditch to the south, creek to the north, and natural wooded boundaries define the edges of the parcel. Recommended for dogs on leash or under good voice control as a nearby road is quite busy. Feel free to view the growing areas and honeybee activity, but please do not allow dogs to enter or dig in active crop areas nor molest the beehive located in the far SW corner of the property.

Enjoy a fully fenced (mesh livestock style fencing, small enough to keep in little dogs) run through mowed grass, two short wooded trails and access to a large pond with dock. Dogs are welcome to swim—bring towels and be prepared for some mud if it’s been raining or you have a pond monster doggy. Woods have wonderful smells, my dogs sometimes find delightful things to roll in. A hose is available for use on warm days and there is a nearby Tractor Supply if your pup needs a spa treatment after their romp. We do have chickens on site and ask you not allow your dog to harass them as you enter and leave (chickens are in a separate fenced area and in a coop/run). My dogs will be in the house—some barking may happen on your arrival but they will not be loose. 14 acres picturesque park-like setting on a lake with dock and shelter house. Plenty of hills, woods, and open grass areas to run and play fetch! We will keep all supplies needed in gazebo by the large fire pit overlooking the lake. Make you and your dog(s) at home!

This property has 5 fully fenced areas available for use! The basic spot price will include the use of areas A, B, and/or E(please refer to map). The pond(area C) and large field(area D) will be available as an extra! Here your dog can take in all of smells and be apart of a farm setting! They will even have views of the livestock through the fence. During warmer months the grass will be taller which make for great fun to sniff around.
