14 acres for your dog to run and play! You can even access the White Pine Trail from our yard to go for a long stroll. Also, when it’s raining we have an indoor arena for off leash play.

We have 10 acres of land available. Pond in the back for dogs to play in and your more than welcome to wash them off after using our hose and we have set aside a towel and puppy shampoo for you to clean them up after with. We have a lots of flat land too for any ball thrower. A grassed in mini 2 acres Dirt bike track for them to run around in any dogs love getting the zoommer like ours. We have the main area my cement road fenced off. But we are a open land you are welcome to park up by the house and knock for any bathroom emergencies we understand and if we are home will accommodate. Have Bottled water set aside for you and dog water bowel. Let them take a break with us!!

Spot & Trail conditions report: Friday 4/26/24 7:30am. Our soil is mostly sand, so our trails rarely (if ever) have standing water after a rain. The trails are groomed and ready for you! Our guests describe our Sniffspot as a "Destination Spot." That is why our guests travel here from Grand Rapids, Holland, Lansing, and Kalamazoo. We have Ten scenic wooded acres (square). Fully fenced in. Walk along the pond and through the trees on groomed trails. There are also yard areas and a picnic table. Beautiful and private acreage with views of a 60-acre non-motorized lake. Canicross and Canicross Training welcome! One lap of our outer loop (through the woods) = 1/2 mile. We are set up nicely to practice 5K.

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.

The area is not fenced in. Dogs may run around our yard. Or you can walk the two tracks surrounding our property. We do have a hobby farm so there are goats and may be free range chickens out.
