We are working hard to restore the park. I don't have an exact date yet. working with fence contractor on timing and still have some trees to fix. Note... :) and we are planning to groom trails thru the park for winter time romping and sniffing. Easy parking and easy location 1/2 mile north of the Comstock Park High School. 10 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, with a country feel. Lots of room to stretch and run, dig, play catch, etc on this enclosed 2.5 acre park like atmosphere. Several sitting areas so you can visit and relax. Our guests describe our Sniffspot as a "Destination Spot." That is why our guests travel here from Grand Rapids, Holland, Lansing, and Kalamazoo. We have Ten scenic wooded acres (square). Fully fenced in. Walk along the pond and through the trees on groomed trails. There are also yard areas and a picnic table. Beautiful and private acreage with views of a 60-acre non-motorized lake. Canicross and Canicross Training welcome! One lap of our outer loop (through the woods) = 1/2 mile. We are set up nicely to practice 5K.

Welcome to Pooch’s Paradise! I’m Kaitlyn, a professional dog trainer who owns Kaitlyn’s Dog Training. My dogs are basically my children, and the entire yard has been catered to them and my clients’ dogs. This half-acre yard is fully fenced (6 foot privacy, plus a 4-ft chain link surrounding a garden area), and even has a double-gate system to enter and exit, like you would see at a dog park to add extra safety. There are tons of enrichment activities available. I always have a wide variety of toys, a children’s climbing playset that the dogs love, and in decent weather I also have a ball pit, a kiddie pool, small agility tunnels, and have plans to add additional agility equipment at some point in the future. Additionally, we now have a 10 foot x 10 foot canopy over the seating area to provide additional shade. There is also a green tent, in which guests can always find dry towels for wiping down dogs, as well as dry cushions for the chairs and even a Mudbuster tool for cleaning off paws. We do everything we can to provide the absolute best experience for you and your dog, and we think you’ll love it! The only dogs I have ever allowed on the property are vaccinated, healthy, and up-to-date on flea & tick prevention. All the pups who visit my home find that the yard is quite literally their own personal playground, and I know your dogs will love it too!

We’d love to share our yard with some furry friends! Since losing our elderly pup, we decided to open our yard for those who need some space for their dogs to run, play or train! Our backyard has something for you AND your dog! Our deck is furnished in the warmer months with fun furniture and string lights. Please feel free to relax while your dog explores or set up agility equipment for training!
