A few toys are out but can be picked up upon request. There is no resident dog but I dog sit frequently. The yard is about 40% a brick patio and 60% grass. Towels can be left out as well. Fresh/clean water bowl will be provided. Easy access to yard from convenient and never crowded street parking. Please be courteous of neighbors and do not block driveways. There is a small hot-tub not be used by dogs or humans. It is fully covered and out of the way. Motion censored light and camera in yard as well. Any other questions just ask :)

If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. A hose and kiddie pool are provided during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating under our brand new pergolas. There’s a living room area plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. Open space, so recall or leash is a must :) There is a small area that's fenced in if needed as well that you are welcome to, but let me know ahead of time so i cam ensure its escape proof. I only do one booking at a time, so feel safe knowing you and your pup have an exclusive space :) There are no farm animals accessible during your visit. The chickens will be in their concrete coop for safety and the horses have moved to better pastures.
