Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Partially Fenced
58 acres

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Please feel free to text with any questions. Thank you!

Private dog park

Angela's Mountain Paradise

Unfenced
1 acre

Gorgeous, peaceful mountain property. One acre of diverse playing areas. There is a small stream to play in, grass, hills, boulders. Lots of wildlife to watch and listen to. The lot is UNfenced, so it is recommended to stay close to your dog while they become familiar with the property. Our dogs will always be inside with shades drawn, but it is a possibility you might hear them bark periodically. There is one neighbor up above on the steep hill that has a dog, that dog is fenced in his yard. The other two neighbors are vacant, so it is a very quiet, very private space :) Reach out with any other questions you may have!

Frequently asked questions about Club dog water parks

What do private dog water parks in Club offer that public parks don't?

Private dog water parks in Club offer complete privacy (no other dogs), specialized environments for swimming and water play, professionally maintained cleanliness, flexible 24/7 scheduling, and safe spaces for all temperaments—puppies, seniors, small dogs, reactive dogs, or any pup needing accommodations. Public dog parks in Club can't guarantee any of this. With 19 options, you get predictable, controlled environments perfect for your dog's specific needs.

Can I find fully fenced private dog parks in Club?

Yes! Most of Club's 19 private dog parks are fully fenced. Use the "fully fenced" filter to find secure enclosures with detailed specs: height (4ft, 6ft, 8ft+), material (wood, chain-link, vinyl), and gap information. This is crucial for escape artists, puppies learning boundaries, reactive dogs needing contained space, or small dogs who might squeeze through. Club listings include fencing photos so you can verify security.

When can puppies start visiting dog water parks in Club?

Puppies can visit Club dog water parks as early as 8-10 weeks with initial vaccinations, much earlier than the 16+ weeks needed for public park safety. This early, controlled socialization prevents fear and reactivity issues later. Plus, puppies can explore swimming and water play without being overwhelmed or learning bad behaviors from poorly socialized adult dogs. Many Club trainers specifically use dog water parks for puppy development.

How do I find private dog water parks near me in Club?

Browse Club's 19 dog water parks on Sniffspot by entering your neighborhood or zip code. Filter by distance, then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities, terrain type, or size. Each Club listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Local favorite Rachele's 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Appleridge Estates is particularly popular among Club dog owners.

Can I rent dog water parks in Club by the hour?

Yes! All 19 dog water parks in Club are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer for training or events. Book instantly through Sniffspot, arrive during your time slot, and have complete privacy. Many Club dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise.

What's the difference between Sniffspot dog water parks and public dog parks in Club?

The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Club mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. That means you can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 19 Club dog water parks give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, your pup enjoys swimming and water play and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.

Are there indoor dog water parks in Club?

Yes! Club has climate-controlled indoor dog water parks perfect for extreme weather, rainy days, or year-round exercise. Indoor Club locations typically feature protective flooring, controlled temperatures, and enclosed environments. They're especially popular for puppy training, senior dogs, reactive dogs, or anyone wanting consistent access regardless of Club weather. Filter by "indoor" to see options.

How do Club dog water parks help with dog training?

Club trainers love dog water parks because privacy eliminates distractions. Work on recall, practice water confidence building, dock diving practice, or swimming-based fitness training, reinforce obedience, socialize puppies, or address reactivity without interruptions. For reactive dogs, train without trigger-stacking. For puppies, practice skills in controlled increments. For any dog, get focused training time in an environment specifically designed for swimming and water play.
